    They're attempting to cover all bases, that's all... I'm sure they're keeping IDW in mind for it, seeing how the teaser image is Overlord seated on a throne taken right outta Last Stand of the Wreckers. All that's missing are an Autobot & Decepticon fighting at his feet (and a bloodthirsty crowd around 'em all)

    MMC's Carnifex will do fine as IDW-ish Overlord for me, I think--better than the other one, anyway. Whether he'll look good next to PE's Warden, tho, is another story...

    Love seeing Tarn & Rodimus do so well so far...

    re: Classics Rodimus being inadequate...he just doesn't stand up next to guys like Sunstreaker, Tracks, etc. Limited articulation, oddball 4mm holes in his hands instead of the more traditional 5mm which limits weapon juggling. He LOOKS good and has a sweet alt mode, but he's an antique, like the Seekers.

    Don *did* design Transformers for Hasbro. Several. He probably won't ever again after his bitch-fest over Hasbro using his jet-Megatron design.

    Yeah I know but there are many he has drawn that deserve toys. Hell the entire war within cast, but hasbro screwed up a lot of his designs. I really liked nova prime til the figure came out. As for those of u who want a tarn figure I took a large decepticon symbol off my 40th bday cake and put it on a plush minion toy as a mask. Looks great. I call it "Despicable Tarn"

    Rodimus. And I can't believe I'd accept it either but that redo of Springer would suit me fine........he badly needs a new figure.

    Then I want everyone else. Tarn can be next.

    I'd take Ultra Magnus. He needs a better Classics scale toy that is not a repaint of Prime or a tiny figure from FoC. I wouldn't mind a new Metalhawk either.
