    Well, just got off the phone with Hasbro, had to pass the time so this is how things turned out:

    "Thank you for calling HTS customer Support, this is *NAME* how may I help you today?"

    "Yes I have a question about one of your products for sale"

    "Okay which item is that sir?"

    "Big hug Elmo. How big of a hug does he give? I'm looking for something in a light to medium hug, but can I set it to be a bigger hug at times when I need to be hugged with big strong red arms?"

    "Umm..well I'm not quite sure about that sir, all I can say is check the item description and make a decision based on that"

    "Yes well I'm pretty lonely and haven't had a hug in awhile, so I need something to give me a variety of hug levels and hug strength, especially when I cry myself to sleep at night."

    "Right...umm"

    "Tell me when the SDCC exclusives go up and I'll stop talking"

    The bitching was not limited to the original thread, too. Immediately after Bruticus sold out, a thread went up talking about how terrible he was and wondering why anyone wanted him in the first place. It was sad/glorious.

    I don't get that. The Hong Kong Convention exclusive is 100% the same, aside from different colored decoys. Yet I see people paying more $ on eBay and BBTS has SDCC Metro for around $30 more. Same damn toy and easy to preorder!

    I will buy twilight sparkle....for anyone that calls Hasbro's marketing dept and asks when these are coming out, I don't care if you speak to the janitor...just someone at Hasbro headquarters and that horse will be yours!!! hell in this case the Janitor probably DOES know more
