Tfsource Sucks!!!

I order MP-13 soundwave Oct 2 from Tfsource and I order a capbot dec 30 and 4 days after I order that I ask if I may canel it because my friend was goin to sell me his. Right when I said that they sent it out and they caneled my mp-13 order because that did ship out yet so I lose the 169.95 price and on top of that I'M out of $170.00 because they sent it to a close paypal account and now Tfsource does not what to help me with this problem that is goin on I bean emailing them like crazy and they are not getting back to me and when they do it's no help Like what the HELL!? Do you guy think I should this call or email BBB because they don't what to help me.

When he cancelled his MP-13, they sent the refund to a closed Paypal account.

Could be a communication problem. They wouldn't cancel something already paid for. Since it sounds like they were paid for on different days, they are not likely part of the same order. Sounds like for whatever reason they canceled both, but I don't believe they cancel things ordered and paid for. They only cancel preorders that haven't arrived.

I've done many special requests/emails for my orders with TFSource and they've always went out of their way to make it work. What email address are you sending your requests to?

That's not possible in you think about it. If you send money to an account that doesn't exist, the transaction won't go through.

Actually they don't cancel preorders anymore either. They have a non cancelation policy now. Funny I tried canceling my preorder and they wouldn't do it.
