I have TFCC Scourge, MT Powered Convoy Tanker, FOC Grimlock and Kreo Bruticus on preorder at BBTS. Not interested in any of the Beast Hunters stuff or anything else Hasbro has to offer. The only other things I will be picking up this year iare the FP Stunticons and the rest of the Toy World Throtlebots. Also MP Soundwave if he gets a US release.

maybe $200 at most... i don't buy high-end stuff, so far all i've got planned is prime ratchet and thundertron... let's say 5 legions and 5 commanders at most.

    that's:
    15
    +
    22
    +
    40
    +
    50
    =
$127 and i'll leave a little bit of wiggle room in there for older stuff i missed out on.

Enough to prompt me to finally clean house and re-start my sales thread this weekend. Been meaning to sell a bunch of stuff anyway, I've just been too lazy to do it.

Hmm...probably about $650 total (if the funds are available) for MP Soundwave, Sideswipe and Red Alert, as well as Encore Fort Max.

    Otherwise, nothing.

Of course, this all depends on what else 2013 has to offer that has yet to be revealed.

Well, I've already got MP Soundwave and OP preordered (From the amazon UK thing that just happened) So if that's any indication, this is going to be an expensive year. :lol

Good rule of thumb. Pre-orders don't count until you've gotta pony-up the cash.

Yes, but how much of that was Transformers?

I wouldn't have thought it was possible to spend that much on any Fort Max variation, especially with the reissue just around the corner...

    You need two?

    The blue Omega Supreme repaint?

    You want 20??

    Twenty?!?

Dude, you've got a problem.

When even you think it's silly, and are struggling to justify it to yourself...
That's when it's time for an intervention!

I predict I will spend less on Transformers this year than Grandum does this month. :lol

$1,360 on preorders thus far at BBTS
    $550 ish on Botcon toys
    $250 ish (2nd and 3rd TFCC payments)
$55 MP Prime if the UK order comes in
    $75 in announced retail figures.
    $2290 total thus far.

Had to cut a few things from my BBTS list like a Maketoys armor, and I would still like to budget for TFCC Superion, whatever Fansproject releases, Giant, as well as get MP-11s and MP-08x this year.

Plans have changed. I'll be going on buying binges again after I recooperate some of the money I spent on some other stuff. I might stop a little before my birthday, then I'll blow it all again.

I'm pretty low on the totem pole so to speak for the year, then again it's only the 2nd of January, but so far I've dropped 65.00 usd on FP Function X and my only current pre-order is MP Soundwave at 200.00 usd. Pretty sure the majority of my moolah this year will be 3rd party figs, contemplating on Not-Sixshot.

Not a lot of $$$ this year. Going to try to go dutch with my buddy on a case of new generation TF's. That'll be my only major purchase this year unless I hit it big $$ wise. Then if that happens, then it's open season on everything!!!! :D

    £35 MP Prime.
circa £350 on an all in one TFC Superion deal. Could be more, could be less.
    £30 iGear Gears.
MP Prowl if the rumours are true which will most likely be around £70.

MP Soundwave and all tapes have been paid for since going up for preorder so don't count.

So.....circa £485/$790.....Superion makes up most of that!!

    Yes...yes I do :D

And just to emphasise that I will pretend that my life depends on me acquiring 2 of them.

Shh...don't tell anyone - they think I'm sane.

Sadly, you might just be on to something - fortunetly though that category is only a couple of hundred...yeah, I might need help.

*sighs* I wish I didn't love this stuff so much - if I loathed Transformers in all it's previous incarnations I might actually be sitting on a decent pile of money.

Last year I spent just over $400. The most I ever spent in one year was $2400. This year i'm gonna try and trade as much as possible!

Update: as of May 2013, I have amassed 17 figures, sold 26, and spent $14.57. This is counting sales against my purchases, because I look at the big picture. I count Kreos as figures too. Hey if i'm spending money then it counts lol.

At the moment, less around $50 or less.

Just after FoC Magnus and PRID Voy Bulkhead.

I have not done the math yet, but I know this is going to be an expensive year, and very little of it will be Hasbro/Takara. 3rd Party is the bulk of my budget... even taking into account Fort Max this year.

Great idea! I'm going to keep the same post and update it whenever I purchase. I anticipate Soundwave money at the end of the month.

I'm doing pretty good this year so far.

UPDATE: I think this is all I plan to purchase until next year. When I see Rhinox/Rattrap in-store, I'll pick them up. Until then, my total for this year seems to be:

    16 purchases
    $1088!

    1/26 - MP Soundwave $159, BBTS
    3/ - MP Lambor $150, Amazon
    3/ - MP Alert $80, BBTS
    3/ - BH Smokescreen - $13, Walmart
    4/15 - FOC Starscream - $13, Walmart
    5/17 - Springer - $22, Target
    7/20 - MP Soundwave - $120, TRU.com
    8/15 - MP Acid Storm - $64, TRU
    9/1 - FOC Thundercracker - $13 - Wal-Mart
    9/1 - Gen Trailcutter - $13, Target
    9/1 - Gen Megatron - $13, Wal-Mart
    10/30 - MP Prowl - $79 Captured Prey.com
    11/01 - MP Prowl Cannons x2 - $25 Amazon.com
    11/30 - MP Bluestreak, $62 - HLJ.com
    12/17 - MP Smokescreen, $62 - HLJ.com
    12/17 - MP Starscream, $199 - BBTS

Anticipating (but did not purchase yet):

    ?/?? - Generations Skywarp (FOC)
    ?/?? - IDW 3rd Party Starscream
    ?/?? - IDW 3rd Party TC
    ?/?? - IDW 3rdd Party SW
    ?/?? - Gen Rhinox
    ?/?? - Gen Rattrap

I can't believe that I picked up 9 MP releases in one year. Back then, that would have been crazy for me. Thanks for helping me control my spending! I look forward to next year's thread. OP, get on it! :D

So far only have plans for foc soundwave with the extra data discs and foc Grimlock. Maybe some beast hunter depending on who is an on screen beast and possible smokescreen.
