Toys R Us raises the prices of deluxes to $15.99!!!

I feel the same way. It was on the edge and now it's very unlikely.

I had a $47.99 credit plus that 20% off $100 coupon so, I paid only $32 for my MP-10.

Im thinking incoming christmas is the cause. Maybe not but if they keep jacking the price up sales will likely slow to a halt. In which case they'll likely drop back to a reasonable realistic price. Hopefully!

Is it as common as people predicted over there, or is it still difficult to find? I know over here it's slowly showing up more often, but it's no where near easy yet (and the only time I ever so T-Cracker was when I bought him).

My local TRU only got one case in. There's no tag on the shelf for them now.

Huh...... 3 of the TRUs near me got no less than 15 cases at each store and sold out of ALL of them in less than a week.

I don't think christmas is the reason. With Rodimus I seen it at my tru at $60 when it first came out they got alot for christmas. I was on the fence about getting it so I didn't right away. A couple days after christmas a few were still left I was still thinking of picking it up then I seen the price raised to $70 and put it back, a little more than a week later I see the price at $80.
I think the price is just going to keep going up with optimus. When he first shown up on tru computers before he came out they were offering him for $99 but had a msrp of $150.

Same here. I was checking every week was about to give up when I finally spot it last tuesday. I had to scoop one up. They only had two on the shelf, or one case I got it for the $119. Just went back in this past tuesday for more christmas shopping no sign they were ever their, tag gone spot filled.

This is a great deal compared to the Takara version, but the fact that tru keeps upping the price is getting ridiculous.
