I've been holding off buying a Horri-Bull for exactly the reason you are fixing here: the easy-to-break head. Might actually finally get around to buying him one of these months, because I do love the way he looks (and I already own Squeezeplay and Fangry).

I had the same problem with my Thundercracker. Transrepro.com used to have a kit made, but Transrepro is long gone now. What I did was take a washer and put it in the area where the cockpit splits on that hinge. It's not the best fix in the world, but it'll hold until I do something better.

You bet! It's a lot easier than that tutorial makes it out to be, but I just wanted to show that I was being thorough. Basically, one just needs to do a little sanding. I didn't have any trouble with mine, and what was the most trouble for me was doing things while taking photos

anything on Shockwave's legs? mine keeps shrinking every time i stand him up straight. i have to lean him one click forward for him stay up, otherwise his thighs slide down as if he were transforming

Anything for Soundwave's hips/knees? Mine are pretty loose and he has to have his legs position just right or he'll fall flat on his face. Speaking of which, his head is loose too.

Only my head is fine, but my shoulders are a bit loose. I'd imagine that they're the same kind of joint as the hips, but we'll see...

i fixed mine, you need a sheet of thin styrene, (i used a no trespassing sign from the dollar store), open the legs, you can see there are two rectangular holes, top and bottom, measure the space between them, cut the styrene sheet to fit, glue it in there with some plasticweld, reassemble, and he won't collapse on himself anymore

Any tips for fixing the ratchet on Galvatron's arms and sholuder pads?
