See the thing is....I'm not buying a model kit.
In this day and age of prices going up and quality going down is horrid.
Only a matter of time before people stop buying crap they are feeding us.

I am fine with my PRID release of OP, now if only I could sang any version of the FE CliffJumper
My sadness becomes rage as I look in several different TRU stores and find FE Prime. Bulk Bumble, SS , Arcee and even a Vechicon. Hasbro plays cruel jokes on my emotions.

It's a disappointment for sure, but as said it is easily fixed if so desired. But the fig itself is so damn good that I have no qualms about saying that anyone that doesn't have a FE Prime that has really been wanting one, and decides to pass on/ignore this re-release because of a minor missing paint ap...is a damn fool. No offense intended.

The only other option is going after the original on Ebay for what? $70, $80? Or more? A missing paint ap ain't worth that IMO. Besides, maybe Reprolabels will make a label to replace that paint ap for those of us that are not artistically inclined.

I was holding out for one on eBay, but it was too hard to tell from pictures and to explain to sellers what you're looking for. Having it in hand, it's not as bad and almost negligible. I'm horrible with paint, but didn't mind doing the head fix. Either way, we shouldn't have to fix our figures out of the box.

How many coats did you apply? This looks great. I'll have to try it on one of the two I get.

The QC on these FE Voyager rereleases is pitiful.

My Bulkhead has the worst paint I've ever seen on a toy! Blotches, areas missing, plus he can't fully stay pegged together because a pin won't stay in the hinges all the way.

And now I find out they didn't even paint these?

    I mean, that's just lovely...

Well at least I have an FE Prime, it didn't bother me on how it looked, but I'm more upset they announce the rerelease of them and botch the QC.

I didn't get any of the deluxes, do I wouldn't know. Never saw a Vehicon.

Sorry to resurrect a thread. I didn't find an answer: can anyone recommend a paint color for the window area that matches the rest of the figure?

Jetrobo used Testors Model Master Insignia Red and it looks great from his pictures.

Thanks! I'm a total painting newb. Anyone come across paint pens that work well at matching the red? I just did half the rims in silver tonight.

That's what I used and it works well. Just prime it 1st. I did a test run and the paint came right off without primer. after I primed Prime...well..it stuck well..

I hit mine with a coat of future after painting and it's been transformed a handful of times over the last year and it hasn't rubbed off.

Could one of you guys point us towards Jetrobo's photos? Also, could some of you guys who offered your own solutions post photos of yours? Thanks in advance!
