Got mine. Don't mind the paint. I might repaint later but whatever.

What's funny for me is that the sword is pretty hard, not the soft rubber plastic others spoke about. So that's awesome.

Well I got my Prime and Bulkhead today, and unfortunately I have both issues on mine. Prime does have the unpainted doors on the vehicle, and while yeah it's noticeable, it's not as bad in person. My bulkhead, however, is complete shit. Both arms disconnect as soon as you rotate them and both sides have HUGE stress marks on the post. Nothing in vehicle mode pegs together right, it's just complete shit. "FE" Bulkhead is just gonna go sit in the closet while I display the PRiD version.

The Optimus paint is not a really a huge deal for me, because I'd display him in robot mode, if I felt like it I could paint him right, plus I have a Winderfest version of the mold anyway.

But the Bulkhead thing is a serious issue, it's not just cosmetic, it's a case of the figure having a good chance to break right out of the package. Why would I pay any amount of money for that?

Felt like posting a pic. Also noticed two tiny stress marks on his chest panels. :(

same about the sword. seems this newly released one has firmer weapons. knowing the 'adult' fans were theones wanting these figures, maybe hasbro decides to bring sturider weapons too? ah well, it's great none the less

Although these voyagers do seem a bit flimsy. I owned the molds previously and these ones definitelyseem rushed. My terrorcon Cliff is amazingly tight with no flaws, but Bulk and Prime this time around just seem like it's a bad batch.. hopefully this changes once they're in the stores

I might go photo crazy tomorrow and capture all of the stress marks my figures have as well. Optimus has one on his fake chest...and I have NO idea how it would have appeared there either. o_0 Plus I'm going to take shots of how some slots/plugs just seem to be molded like garbage since they have crap around the areas (can't think of the proper term for this right now).

I hadn't noticed that about the sword, but yeah, it's a lot stiffer than the FE FE version from the video reviews I've seen. :D

My Optimus is still great, though. Sorry to read that other people are getting some with flaws.

That's more like the kind of thing that would bother me. I've gotten used to little stress marks around corners and joints but ones like those right in the middle of the panels would be impossible to ignore.

yeah it's a shame that some people have waited so long (10 months this year, more if you were waiting before the cancellation) jsut to get figures with the tiniest of flaws... Hoping once they hit retail and if they're findable, people ge ta better chance at finding ones with less... 'mistakes'. Though that lack of paint on Prime's vehicle mode IS a bit of a downer I must say...JUST a bit

My Prime is perfect with the exception of the brown doors, which doesn't bother me nearly as much as I thought it would. Bulkhead is just a piece of steaming shit.

All you have to do is peg his arms together before you do anything else, essentially, a robot with a truck hood held out in front of him. If you wait until the truck is almost done, it'll never fit quite right. Do it first and it couldn't be easier.

No gap at all. I put photo instructions in the original feedback thread.

Those stress marks were on the first run of the First Edition all those months ago. (Last Christmas, in fact.)

My Bulkhead had one on the left chest panel, I had to take a very small, very sharp knife and carve some of the black plastic that forms the sway arm on the chest. (The piece that the panel attaches to.) I had to carve where the pin goes in. There's flash on those arms, trim it off, make sure it's as smooth as possible, and then run a hair dryer over it for a few. My stress mark disappeared, hasn't come back.

    Link? Please?

Has anyone had the stressmarks on Bulkheads bicep swivel actually cause breakage yet? Seems like a tolerance issue. It seems unlikely that rotating the bicep will cause breakage.

On a side note. Bulkhead has a wicked transformation. I love how all of that bulk just compresses into a tiny package.

I hope Hasbro fixes this shit, and if for the more likely odds that they dont, I hope reprolabels can come up with a set to cover this brown that should be red.

Just got my OP, Bulkhead, Terrorcon Cliff and Arcee yesterday.

Bulk had a stress mark on the forearm connector on both arms. The right arm though pops off when rotated. Not a huge deal as I prefer FE's for their robot modes.

Everyone already knows this run of OP has the unpainted doors on cab mode so I'm not going to get into that. The one thing I did notice is that there are small stress marks on the shins where the pins are that allow them to flip up to form the top of the cab.

I'm actually wondering how much of the stress mark problem has to do with how they are packaged. The twine holding the figure in the package was tight as all hell and wrapped on the parts that had the stress.

Anyway, not a big issue for me personally, but do inspect them closely when you get them.

Now that I have FE bulk and Arcee, I'm thinking about painting my RID Bulk in G1 Iron Hide colors and swapping out the head and painting Arcee in a Black Arachnid deco, then slapping a decepticon insignia on RID OP for an Orion Pax.

Well, at least I'm very happy to read that the soft plastic parts are harder in this release. The floppy sword was horrible.

I don't even know if I'll paint the doors, I doubt they look so bad once in hand.

But the issue effects Bulkhead's robot mode. So it should be a big deal for you.

Speaking of the paint, even though the doors on OP are not painted, he is a deeper red. I only have the "Shining Op" for comparison so I can't really do any side by sides, but it does seem as though there is a good deal of matte red paint rather than molded red plastic, especially on the panels that form the upper sides in truck mode, the smoke stack panels and the roof of the cab.

Not sure if the original run used paint on the red in those parts or if it was molded plastic but thought it was worth mentioning.

Please don't tell me what should be a big deal for me. If it's a problem for you then fine. I'm simply reporting that the stress mark is on both arms and it is not a problem for me.

The only time I am turning the arm in the direction that makes it pop off is when turning him into and out of truck mode. I have no problems in robot mode since the stress mark seems to affect and outward rotation rather than an inward.
