I love your MP-5 pics, they're partly to blame for my happy purchase of MP-5G. Which would ironically look awesome with the nice golden metal off of your MP-5. I was actually hoping that my MP-5G would get Cosmic Rust. :D
They have to give us at least one Vette figure with the face mask dammit! If they made one toy accurate I'd buy two just to paint his face black like the box art. Throw in the black variant and I'm hooked for three guaranteed.

I'm actually a bit surprised that they haven't done an Ashcan:wink:  Starscream or MP-11G Ghost Starscream. I want both desperately. I'd also take Half-Dead Mid-Reformatting Skywarp and Thundercracker as well. I love MP Jets!

My Ironhide arrived yesterday! A much needed embiggening of my Autobots' ranks. I wasn't sure how about him at first as I am a Toy Guy first and Comic Guy second. I didn't have his toy but I did have Ratchet, who I loved and was way more important in the comics. I barely saw the cartoon and Ironhide was virtually a nobody in the US comics. So it's weird that I love him as much as I do! I really can't wait for Rachet now!

Going to have to reset the entire main display but here it is for now. Sorry for the iPhone pics but my PC is a P.O.S to upload camera pics with. There are two 3P figures and a KO Ratbat in there so make sure small children and the easily impressionable are out of the room. :D

Now to wait for Hot Rod, Laserwave, Ratchet and Ramjet!

Not crazy at all - I am glad I went with MP-10, even though it cost me close to $450NZ (bad exchange rates at the time). Having silver roller definitely feels right - especially when watching those few episodes where he show up.

I think the Soundwave paint rub issue also affects the Takara version? I believe Dean_ML has reported scuffing or something? I remember there being some comment on it anyway, because it made me check my own one!

Questions you could ask yourself include whether you will be/are 100% happy with what you've got, and/or whether there are other things coming up that you would rather spend the money on?

I have both TT Soundwave and Hasbro Soundwave. They both developed scuff marks and paint rub issues.

Don't sleep for too long on either version of Masterpiece Optimus Prime. Both of them are in decent supply at the moment, but they won't last forever. Once they dry up, prices skyrocket.

    Hasbro: $160
    Takara: $190

Can someone post me a shot of a datsun Bro next to TTBee for size comparisons... I got these IT mini's for kicks, but they are ticking all the checks for placeholder pieces with cliffjumper, hubcap, etc.

I'd Like to know how far off in scale these are from what TT can give us down the road... plus, I am loving their chibi alt modes, but not feeling like masterpiece asthetics of course.

Having fun with them, but it got me thinking about scale...

Thanks maz, looks to be a head shorter than TTBee. Really does answer my question... beautifully :thumb
Makes me sad I only have 3 of the 6 diaclone colors... with tigertracks being something I should have already acquired.

Do you recommend the TTBee enough to pay top dollar, or would ko prices give the same bang? And Bobby is looking way better than bee... never thought I'd say that.

TTBee is one of the finest transforming toys I've ever owned or experienced, I wouldn't go for anything less than the best version possible, so choose your poison - red or yellow - and go TT.

Yanno, your pic is the first shot I have seen where G2 bee is actually mutted... is it really that dark in person? That might be a selling factor as all the other shots showed it slightly darker than TTBee. Thanks for the push ( enablement ) uker's, I'll bee hunting shortly.

That's a pretty good representation of G2 Bee's actual color in hand. If that helps at all.

Wow TCracker, between this batch and the last, you've actually made MP-5 look like a good figure. As a grateful former owner of him, I know better and you've still pulled it off.

    You're a magician.
