Yeah it's pretty impressive. Those pegs of deluxes don't look like much until you get close and notice they're all like 8 figures deep

I grabbed my MP Thundercracker last month and the cashier was telling me they had just put them out that day . Oh, they had a nice large Optimus statue here too

Nice. TRU Times Square NYC was where a friend hooked me up with an MP TC v2, with the $10 off coupon deal and before the price hike. Really wish the TRUs in San Antonio were like this one. It's a wasteland out here (thanks to scalpers, apparently) and I've had more luck finding new TF stuff at HEBs, a brand of local Texas supermarkets, than I have at TRU.

For President 2016: Punishment and enslavement we can believe in.

It's a really cool idea (and quite frankly, an ideal place to put something like this) but the proportions in person are pretty terrible . IF TRU was selling it, I'd still rather pick up one of those 2-3' statues with light up eyes for the $3-4k or whatever it goes for on BBTS

My tru display looks like a dollar general compared to this. I'd be so tempted to take a thundercracker from the bottom of that stack ... Jenga anyone?

Yeah I just meant past tense since I was there a month ago . I was relatively sure it would still be up but I really couldn't commit to it because who knows how often they cycle that stuff out there.

As for the t-rex.... yeah that's not going anywhere any time soon

BWAAHAHAHAHAHA - sigged.

Seriously though, for how awesome that store is inside, it's worth the few extra bucks. The Lego models of he NYC skyscrapers are fantastic.

Also, I never buy anything there anyway, I just go to see it, and buy what I want at my local store at a reasonable price.

someone....anyone can you provide identifier information for this Masterpiece Optimus prime figure at TRU? SKU # or actual title of the figure. Masterpiece Optimus Prime when calling doesn't seem to identify him with TRU workers.

Any one? Help? I need my MP-10!
