    Aside from transforming. I myself like headmasters, powermasters and any of the other masters really
    So what are some your favorite gimmicks?

    Well this, but I also really like when weapons can store inside bodies & shit instead of just... being there haah.

    COMBINERS! I remember being amazed by this gimmick watching "Heavy Metal War"! Guess that's why Devastator is my favorite gestalt :D

    Spring loaded missiles > decently sized and stowable weapons > automorph > mechalive.

    I don't like microns as part of the TF universe. exception being cassettes.

    Edit: Crap, forgot about combiners - yeah make that number 1.

    I see weapon storage as less a gimmick and more a feature, like articulation or quality transformation. My ideal figures has a weapon that stows in alt-mode (something G1 failed at utterly), but isn't REQUIRED for alt-mode (something almost all of Beast Wars failed at miserably).
