Reissue of commemorative G1 Soundwave?

Hobby Ark Toy Store posted as a Preorder this guy, saying it should arrive in October. Are they really reissuing him???

Doubt it.

EDIT/Clarification: I mean, a Soundwave reissue is one thing, but reviving the Commemorative Series just for it would be weird. Hope it's true, as my Soundwave (from the original Commemorative Series) is pretty... worn out.
Looking for any version of Armada Deluxe Optimus Prime or WfC Prime, blue Armada Firebot and pretty much any BM Vehicon or Energon Terrorcon molds, or JustiToys Dinorobot or Junkion Blacksmith's Tactical Officer (or Hyper Mode). Also looking for Armada Tidal Wave's missiles. PM me if you have any spares of these please!

Haven't heard anything myself but finding him the first time was tough.
Then again there are so many reissues of this guy that it shouldn't be hard to get a new one unless you want this specific set.

Probably just found some left over stock in a warehouse somewhere I would imagine. Soundwave reissues are a dime-a-dozen

I bet it's true. The Toys R Us Rodimus and Sideswipe exclusives were reissued for the Asian market recently.

This one was really hard to find at retail, it still ticks me off. The packaging on this one is very cool, but I'm not a huge fan of the toy. This was was the double tape-deck Soundblaster mold. I have the SDCC version, which is the single tape deck version, that's the Soundwave that I grew up with and love.
