Transformers Generations books - content check please

Hi TF fans.

I would like to know in which TF Generation books do the Battle Beasts appeared. I think that it was in the very first book but I need a check before buying it. I saw too that there is 2 editions of the first Generation book so if someone here can tell me if there are any diffrences in the Battle Beasts section from both books it would be a great help.
