So I am curious about everyones favorite figures from each movie. you get to have one Decepticon and one Autobot from each movie line. Whats your favorite and why? http://www.tfw2005.com/boards/items-...ead-sales.html2007 =Auto Jazz. Not a great figure, but I loved that they tried something new with him in how his arms transformed and the head mold was tops. Decepticon Bone Crusher just because I really like his whole transformation and the spikes on his back. 2009 Autobot = Icecream Truck twins. I know they are smaller and lose some detail but darn it what a need toy and gimmick for how they combine. Decepticon = Mind Wipe. He is chalk full of awesome and looks totally wicked to boot. 2011 = Autobot Wheeljack/Que. I fricken love the mold, the head, the detail and the transformation is slick especially for his size class and comparison to the other figures we got from the line. Makes me wish he had more screen time to truly appreciate him more Decepticon = Shockwave, I know they could have improved his arms, heck even made him Oh I don't know TRANSFORM in the movie. but The head, the cannon, and the cable are awesome, plus the rib cage really sells him on creep factor. . So there is my Two Cents. what about yall? http://www.tfw2005.com/boards/wanted...nt-update.html http://thepostapocalypsereport.com/ |

He has a lot of sentimental value I was so happy when I finally found him at the store. Landmine is runner up. ROTF: Leader Optimus Prime. I don't think I really need to explain this one. DOTM: Leadfoot. Love the armored car mode, and I like all the weapons. Robot mode looks fantastic after I painted it up. ![]() Want to buy: Asia Exclusive Onslaught; PM me if interested |

He was in the first batch of figures I bought and I remember at how amazed I was by the engineering. ROTF: Leader Optimus Prime. Nuff said. DOTM: Deluxe Crankcase comes to mind. A very fun figure that can be army built. The G1 Journey's Latest Article: Encore Fortress Maximus |

I just like him. 2011: Deluxe Class Leadfoot. He is honestly my crown jewel. Solid alt mode, with a slightly fiddly robot mode. Decepticons: 2007: Leader Class Brawl. Need I say more? 2009: Really, I just think all the Decepticons are pure gold in terms of engineering, but Rampage has to take my vote for having a unique robot mode. 2011:Laserbeak for his excellent articulation and odd bird head. |

I don't actually have any movie 1 Autobots... But I have ROTF Hoist, and he's pretty cool. Decepticons- Blackout. Love how they worked Scorponok into him. ROTF- Autobots- Battle Blade Bumblebee. Out of all the freakin' Bumblebees this is one of the best, having weapon gimmicks that work pretty well. (If only his flippin' axe wasn't up-side-down...) Decepticons- Gah, I can't pick one. Bludgeon, Brakedown and Long haul are all awesome. DOTM- Autobots- Sideswipe. He can have wheel-feet or normal feet, swords aren;t rubber or anything, and I don't mind the lack of shiny paint. Decepticons- Voyager Megatron. Awesome Mechtech that fits in the vehicle mode, absolutely badass vehicle form overall, fun transformation, awesome tar/cloak- I could go on for awhile about this one. He's an innovative mold that nails the CGI model with extra playability due to the rear shield disconnecting. 2009: Ice Cream Twins. There's a lot of fantastic molds in ROTF, but Skids and Mudflap take the cake for a great gimmick with a lot of personality in both robots and and alt mode. 2010: HFTD isn't part of this? Screw you. 2011: Skyhammer. I'll be damned if DOTM didn't have a lot of great alt modes, or robot modes, but Skyhammer is the best of both. He takes a powerful helicopter and turns it into a very realistically proportioned robot mode with great articulation. Decepticons: 2007: I don't have any 2007 movie Decepticons? 2009: Legends Devastator. I love this little punk, however inaccurate he may be. All the individual components are great figures, too. 2010: Again, no HFTD? I don't like this question. 2011: Starscream. He's an incredible mold that captures his robot mode incredibly, with two great weapons to boot, that transforms into about the thinnest jet transformer since HFTD Terradive. |
