My Vehicon just came in today and I was sad to discover that, like Knockout, it can't roll in vehicle mode. His wheels and his back are the same height so it just slides. | Banned Join Date: Oct 2011 Posts: 216 | I think it has something to do with how the wheels are attached, as well. Look at the Vehicon's wheels, they're attached just like Knock Out's. |

Seriously though, I think its a combination of ground clearance (either by design or how it was transformed) as well as the wheels suffering from more friction than with the traditional pin style ones. Well that, and the fact that the plastic tires don't get very much traction. |

However, the wheels also are not mounted on the usual metal axle, but instead are held on by plastic tabs. These do NOT encourage rolling as they will create friction and make it harder for the wheels to spin when supporting the toy's weight. Quote:

It really bothers me how not only can his front wheels not spin, they can't even touch the ground when they're flat. They have to be at a ridiculous angle in order for his robot mode body not to touch the ground. |
