Bad news my hard drive bit the dust a few weekends back and I lost everything I'm so beyond pissed I can't find the words.

Basically I am starting over from scratch, so this is going to take a while.

That does sound awesome, can't wait to check that out.

Na, I don't care the hardest part is collecting all the images to add to the list. It's so time consuming.

It's so weird only seeing one example of a character that had multiple CHUGGRURTUS toys.

I dunno. It's your list and all, it just seems arbitrary to say "THIS is the Classics version of this character" when a character had multiple Classics toys.

Especially when you pick figures out of different size classes (Deluxe Bumblebee and Cliffjumper, Scout Windcharger, modern Legends Gears and Huffer and 2008 Legends/"Legion" Brawn).

At first I thought your rule was "first toy counts", but then you use Titans Return Legends Ravage instead of the Universe Deluxe Hound companion figure. (Also, arguably, United Rumble and Frenzy should count too, unless your list is strictly "Hasbro only".)

One suggestion was to depict at least one version of every sculpt for characters that had multiple toys.

Then again, it's your list. :)

    UPDATED: 1985 Autobots!

Yup it's my list and last I checked I didn't label this thread the "End All Be All Classics List" this is just my interpretation as to what I think Hasbro intent is.

Yes I know we have already had some of these character released in other forms like the Soundwave & Blaster jets or the random combiner team characters that didn't combine. This list is to homage the list from the 80's hence the style so I put in the figures that best represent the look of those figures.

I've been asked multiple times to add Legends figures to the list and at one point I was considering making a separate list to accommodate those figures. However I've decided to cut back on the amount of work that it would take to keep all these lists updated and just started using the Legends scale figures to fill up the Minibots sections.

Well as I just wrote I'm up for change and while yes this list is strickly Hasbro figures I have thought about putting a Takara list together (again more work) for those that collect them. Yes I did have the tape Ravage on my list however when I added the new Soundwave I decided to switch Ravage over to the new style to match with the other tape characters. United Frenzy & Rumble turned into tanks if I remember correctly and as I've stated before didn't fit the G1 homage. I would have used the Hasbro version even though they didn't see a release.

I'm not sure I follow this, but it sound like more work or another list.

Yup you've said that once already.

I'm sorry that I hurt your feelings.

I understand that you put a lot of effort into this project. I also understand that much of your work was undone by your recent hardware crash, which set you back tremendously beyond just this comparably trivial affair. I lost nearly two years' worth of data a few years ago myself, so I can empathize.

It was not my intention to undermine your efforts. I was trying to offer constructive critism, but due to my annoying OCD and my blunt lack of tact, I just ended up being that annoying German who overanalyzes everything once again.

For that, I would like to apologize. I will not bother you any futher. I wish you all the best luck for completing this project.

Hurt feelings? Na, we are all good. [IMG]

Kinda pissed it's taken me so long to finally revisit this project to finish what I've started.

My next big hurdle will be my comparison as that is going to require the purchase of a new camera, photoshopping and uploading the galleries. This is something I'll really need to finish before I can sell off that part of my collection, this hobby is almost turning into work for me.

No deluxe Warpath? High quality, with the rarity of no kibble beats the legends version. Well, the charts do look very nice.

Awesome...was wondering if H/T finish off all the minibots at Legends class size...will you keep Deluxe as the representation of Warpath...or...would you then switch to the Legends to fit along with his brethren...???...

I'm kinda confused here is there a CW Warpath that is Legend Class? Is it closer to the G1 Warpath than the Deluxe version I'm using?
