Painting junkions

I've decided botcon Junkions are just too expensive for me. I'm not too artistic, so is it possible I can have some decent custom sg junkions with some paint and a brush?

Have human alliance barricade, shadow command megatron, and more!!!

Definitely possible, but it could take a little practice. Citadel or Testors Acrylics should be pretty easy to learn with, they don't require anything special. The only thing that would be difficult to replecate would be the faction symbol and the little borg detailing on their chests. You'd probably have to hope for a reprolabels set for those.
Let's make lists of things we plan to buy and stand next to each other!

Junkions are easy as hell to paint, FYI. A great base for a customizing virgin.

I dunno man, give it a few weeks. Prices I see Shadow Command Megatron go for; he could easily get you most of the way to a set of SG Junkions, if not pay for them completely.

Sometimes you don't have to disassemble them. blue tape and clay to cover up parts you don't want to paint.

Anyway, any TF is easy to paint. Nothing to it. If it's your first time painting one, start with something you have doubles or triple or even a junker. After you gain confidence, have fun with junkions. I know I did.

If you can't find Wreck-gars, the Junkheaps should be plentiful.
