Has anyone had a close look at the swords that come with a couple of the Predacons? The design would seem to be Grimlock's. Hmmm...

 

I've yet to see any kreon packs at my Tru? They should be right next to the kreo set boxes right?

Bruticus - Onslaught =

I rather like how he turned out, especially the Blast Off/Brawl mixed head.

 

Weird I never seen one. Only time I ever saw any was empty box at Walgreens. I wouldn't mind picking them up if Tru has a Bogo

 

If anyone would have told me that Kre-O would be the line I looked forward to the most, I would have called them a liar. The individual Kreons and the combiner kits have completely hooked me, though!

 

Kind of looks like Needlenose.

There's a Transformer with a knight's helmet? Gah, now I'm tempted.

 

Anyone have a photo of how they display their kreons? I seen someone who had a small shot glass display case somewhere before

 

I'm probably going to find some lego base plates so I can display them like how they were at SDCC

 

Yeah I plan to do the same by building a stage. I think one of the Lego stores near me sells Purple bricks, I want to mix those and red to make a autobot and decepticon platform.

 

And my Bruticus combiner set came in the mail today! So far out of the three I have (Superion and Predaking), he's my favorite. My only complaint is having to remove Onslaught's legs for his alt mode and switching them back for robot/combined robot mode. Makes me paranoid the leg ball joints will break off (I think I already see a tiny stress mark!!!).

 

I'm currently in the process of building a bruticus that does not require the individual kreons to be taken apart. The only pieces that have to be removed are onslaught's legs. I may post pictures when it is complete.

 

Boy I'm dumb... You don't even need to take off Onslaught's legs, you use the other waist piece and attach the limb pieces to that! *smacks forehead* Ugh...

 

Sometimes my store will put some of them on endcaps near the Lego/building block toy aisles.

Also, some of the people in the Kre-O thread on the Hisstank board said their TRU keeps them at the Customer Service Desk, because of people stealing them.
