I keep swapping Swindle and Blast Off since I haven't yet figured how to get all 5 Combaticons in Bruticus.

Plus, Swindle is practically a stand-alone character in his own right. I'm kinda surprised he's not the blindpacked Combaticon, actually.

Blastoff, Hook, Long Haul, Rampage, and the aerialbot formerly known as Slingshot have been blindpacked. You don't need them to assemble the boxed combiner. Actually, you don't need any particular kreons...you just need spare torsos and waists to plug into the parts...and you don't even really need those if you get creative.

Really, the combiner sets are just four kreons with four new connector pieces that work like limbs from Lego hero factory sets.

I don't bother so much with the combining feature...I just like kreons.

Any chance you would be willing to sell just the Ironhide parts? I need his head really bad.

I thought so, but it was a few pages ago so I was just making sure. Unfortunately, there are no instructions.. i literally sat down with box of spare parts and messed around until I was happy. the main thing though, was building optimus the same as onslaughts alt mode.

thats awesome. If he won't, hit me up. I have most of the big kre-o sets fully assembled, but im really only into the kreons, so i was thinking of selling or trading them away anyways

Here's my attempt at creating a proper force field array for Trailbreaker:

Nothing spectacular, but I thought it was kinda cool for a quick customization.

I recently got these after trying to talk myself out of it.

Does anybody know why they are selling Rampage seperately from the PRedaking set. It's a bit odd.

And that being said, is there a way to combine him with his fellow Predacons?

Technically, we're still on the first wave of bagged figures...the previous wave was designated a "preview" wave. And it looks like most of the kreons from the box sets will be getting re-released without their kre-o parts. The pre-order sites say wave two is due in April.

For the thrill of the hunt! And probably to keep the combiners at a $10-$12 price point.

so after opening all 6 of the packages I found 3 Rampage, 1 Hook, 1 Insecticon, 1 Singe.

I guess I'll be selling 2 of the Rampage Kreons

Were you aware that the bags have codes so you can tell who's inside?

    Kre-O Microchangers Wave 1 Identification Guide - Transformers News - TFW2005

If Skywarp is the other mystery Kreon, that's quite the strange choice when they could've used Bluestreak, Sideswipe or Prowl. Makes me wonder where Shockwave and Thundercracker went. Still, about $8 each is incredibly cheap. I think they could've easily gotten away with $15-20 especially on the pack with Optimus though the Bumblebee pack might warm shelves. A shame they didn't come with Microchanger parts because we know they could've done Optimus with Nemesis Prime coming out. Though I guess they wouldn't want to tell kids how to build guns out of Megatron and Shockwave.
