Oh man these custom Kreons. Between the custom combiner pieces and upgrades and the custom heads...wow. I need to order some of these.

The primus vest, helmet, and back piece together with shipping and everything was about $30 for me, but depends what material you get it in.. So could be more or less for you. But it doesn't come painted, so you also have to buy those supplies and hand paint it yourself

I'm considering getting a second one to do the version with the red chest.

On a different note, with all these customs, I'm starting to run low on extra legs and torsos to make them!

Sorry for the double post, but if anyone's interested in that primus (or unicron), you can get one from board member Tresob's shapeways shop, link in my sig.

I continue to be impressed by your paint jobs, Nexus! That is awesome! As I was saying in PM, painting the Cybertronian features a different color really makes that backpiece pop!

Pretty soon, I'll be buying these guys off of you...(I was tempted to bid on that Unicron.)

Haha, for you my friend, if you get your own, I'll paint em for you no problem. After all, you have, and still continue to put up with my many requests :D

Does anyone know of a custom build for the big Wheeljack? Not the biggest fan of the version we got.

Also, is there a surefire way to get rid of stress marks? I've tried the water trick but nothing happened. Maybe I'm not doing it right?

Lastly, are the v clips for arms like Waspinator and Insecticon supposed to be loose like that? Scorponok's fine because he has the tubes for his claws to hold them in place but they're pretty lame since you can't position them.

Unfortunately no sure fire way. The water trick works sometimes, but if its a normal color, I use a very thin coat of paint.

As for the clips.. If you squeeze the "c" part for a few seconds then put it on, it'll be tighter. But this only works for display.. If you play with them and take them off a lot it'll go back to being loose. You could try putting a layer of super glue on the inside of the clips, letting it FULLY dry, then put it on the arms. That would make them tighter

Honestly, I can't stand it. I'm not going to go buy another set just for the right helmet though. Another guy on YouTube told me they had the same issue as well, aside from the set missing several pieces. The QC on these is kinda piss poor.

    ... That's awesome.

Since it looks as though Hasbro has done all but one of the G1 combiners in Kreon form (with Nosecone on the way, Computron is inevitable), at least I think that's all of them...I'm hoping they release a Ruination set, and then a Movor Kreon. It's such a simple repaint, they'd be stupid not to do it. While less likely, I'd also like to see a Landfill set. There's also several...SEVERAL individual RID Kreons I would love to see. They could use the alt-mode set-ups from Hot Spot and Hun-Gurr for Optimus and Megatron.

Ok so here are my customs so far. some you've seen, some you haven't...

    Unicron, Primus, Omega Supreme

    Soundwave with Laserbeak

    Kreon OP with trailor

    Shockwave, Airachnid, vehicon

    Combiners

This next one, IGNORE the colors as it's not painted yet. But do you guys think this setup works for TF Prime insecticon? I think i got the general design, and it's sufficiently bulky enough.

And last but certainly not least... DINOBOTS!

Neat! Have you tried attaching any bombs to Swoop's wings...there should be pegs on them...

    Awesome painting!

Hopefully, you will be able to complete your dinobot set soon!
