Not too miffed since I have 2 other Crankstarts, but worried just how easily it broke. Getting the remnants of that post out was a major pain. I've popped other Kreon arms off without incident, so I don't think I did anything excessive. |

The painted yellow on the arms gives this guy a neat look, I got the idea from the human SWAT Kreon. Still painting the torso details on my customs, although I keep looking for some kind of transfer medium that would give a more even look. I'm not a big fan of using decals for the entire chest, I only use them for logos and numbers, etc. More to come... |

And I'll be sure to copy it ![]() I understand what you say about decals but I really can't paint as accurately and neatly as that, so will stick with my cheat method ![]() Anyway, after a little while off from making the little fellas, here are two of my favourite Bots in Kreon form. I know I said I'd have some Cons ready when I came back, and I'm working on it, but hey, I love them good guys. ![]() I've only just realised that in my excitement I haven't given Blaster his symbol yet. Oops. |

The face on Tracks is really cool. I'm working on a custom for him right now too using some different pieces, it'll be neat to compare the different approaches.

![]() Also I've pressed a lot of 'human' parts into service which means starting from scratch face-wise anyway. Right, if I don't have a Con ready for my next post you can all pelt me with rotten fruit or something.

Alternatively, Mindwipe: ![]() Doesn't need the vest... I almost have enough parts to make both of them, just one of them needs to use another set of legs. This makes an excellent start to Beast Era Ravage: ![]() Just needs a proper black cat head. Maybe this? ![]() Eh... Does Lego have a cat head I can use? |
