^ Sorry to hear about Barricade.

I'm thinking of saving for Megatron now and using Split's config for him. Any recommendations from the first wave?

Made a custom base out of big OP's trailer for kreon photoshoots!

I'm not very good at making things. Although I have to give myself some credit. The way I engineered the wall to stand and support itself is pretty clever. I arranged all four hinges in such a way that the wall can actually fold outwards and back at an angle. It's not actually connected to any part of the base besides the hinges.

Despite having a crack in it, Barricade's leg-joint is surprisingly sturdy.

"Oh, so because you can dance with a busted rump you think you're better than us?"

Decided to make something out of all those leftover bits from Cliffjumper's cart's "turret" mode:

TRU appears to be having a buy one get one free sale. I'd say that's a good enough deal to pick up the ones you may be missing. Which is good, I've been very hesitant on the Ops Vs Megs, as well as the Shadow BB. I guess I can't pass up the deal now!

I work in progress. I just got a spare Basic Optimus Prime on clearance at Target today. So I looked in my brick boxes to try to replace as many of the red bricks as I could with white. This is what I got:

So I figure I keep converting him to white, and eventually I'll have Kre-O Basic Ultra Magnus!

Has anyone else ever made a Kre-O but substituted a colors?

I was at Meijer today and I noticed some of the Kre-O Battleship sets are ALREADY on clearance. Funny to see them already on discount. I may need to get some for parts. Maybe see if I can make a robot out of them.

I'm terribly tempted to buy the small Kre-O Battleship set with the Diver Kreon to repaint into HftD-style Seaspray.

Is Target ever going to carry the blindpacks?

I was really hoping that sale would extend, but it looks like it is over. Was going to get the Deavstator With iron hide, but either way they sold out on online.

I took someone's suggestion (I forget who on here) and used the extra Crankstart helmet I had on G1 Megatron. I also used some extra parts (extra Crankstart, Sunstorm, Galvatron, Waspinator, and Ironhide) to make new characters. The one on the left looks like Springer minus the helicopter blade to me. The others are just whoever lol. I also included an updated pic of all my Kreons (some custom Construction guys in there, too).

I picked up my first set today, and made it a basic Optimus set because I was iffy and didn't want to spend over $10 (I also grabbed Blind Bag Galvatron and Scorponok). Wow, these things are super fun. I forgot how much I loved Lego and Lego-esque stuff :lol

It's hard to get a grasp of the scale. How big are they?

What do you expect, the general populace never fell in love with the franchise like they did with Transformers. Which is a crying shame, as I feel that the Battleship Toyline is underappreciated and shunned simply because it is based on a mediocre film franchise.

I plan on snagging all of the sets, in fact I started reviewing them on one of our sister forum sites. Kre-O Reviews by Scrapper6 Redux - ActionFigureNews.ca - Canadian Action Figure News and Discussion

Don't know about the robot options yet, don't own Rotor Rage yet to see if I can take the Battleship Helicopter bits and turn Vortex into a more militaristic based helicopter. Got to see how the two compare first before I attempt different builds.

And even if you don't like the Battleship movie, that doesn't mean you need to ignore what the toyline has to offer. Especially if you're a Mini-Figure style enthusiast, because all of the Kreons in the line look awesome.

Is it a clean transformation or do piece fall out. It looks nice though
