    Universe Ironhide a few years back, and bought it, And when I got into trading, I traded it like a DUMB ASS. And I can't even remember what I traded it for

    I saw one and only one Fortress Maximus back in the 80's and didn't have the $99.99 that toys r us was asking.

    Leader Brawl. Saw him in ToysRus but didn't have the money to get him. Only see him on ebay now for ridiculous amounts of money.

    HA Barricade - But this was of course after I plucked one from eBay for five dollars more. Knowing what ones goes for now I so do regret not grabbing that.

    RTS Strafe - Damn it I wanted one of that mold, and thus far that was my best shot. AND AT Ross, gawd, I am an idiot.

    Recon Ironhide and Bludgeon's wave from Revenge of the Fallen. Only saw them once together, only had $30 on hand so I went with Bludgeon. Came back a few days later after Christmas and there was nothing left of not just that wave, but of everything that wasn't Devastator or Deluxe Sideways.

    Sorta glad I missed out on the initial Recon Ironhide, as I picked up the Blue Redeco from the HFTD line the year after.

    Really? You only saw Bludgeon once? I was still able to find him in the middle of HFTD! Then again, I never saw him until May 2010...

    MP Starscream at Walmart.

    Saw it once, and never, ever again. Finally a guy found one at a yard sale and he traded it to me...

    ...I was very pleased...

    ...and then lost it forever due to a bad breakup with my then girlfriend!!!!

    But to add something of dishonorable mention, I only saw the cyberverse Ratchet and Shockwave sets twice each at retail, at different stores, and each time the twisty ties were missing and the toys were just "riding around" in the box...

    In my area we have a notorious repacker named "cat pee Jack" by the fandom around here. He repacks so much that at any time you can find like 4 or 5 older toys at once repacked into new boxes. But I never really figured out why someone would return the right toys that way, lol.

    G1 Silverbolt, Slag, Sludge and Snarl at a K-mart or Warlmart I was only 8 or 9 and crushed when my mom told me no. Never saw them in stores again.

    ROTf Skystalker was the most recent one I can remember. Before that was Energon Shockblast. I saw him at Tru once and never again.

    He was pretty easy to find in my area after a while. But when I first got him he was a bit rare.
