Ohhh, nice, I covet that figure. Looks like yours turned out great. That and the following year's Thunderclash are the only SG figures I'm missing. I'll try to post shots of my SG lineup sometime this week.

Shattered Glass BIS awesome!

 

It's Sonic White Music Label Soundwave, from Takara. The creators of the SG comic originally repurposed that toy as SG Soundwave. It definitely isn't the WST White Soundwave, it's way too small compared to the rest of the toys! It doesn't even look anything close to the Soundwave I have in the picture
