I have mine displayed just like this photo except blades nose is folded back on mine.

 

i display mine very similar to the way you did yours.

however, i have my superion with the leg jets facing the front. so it looks less like he's standing on stilts.

it doesn't help much. but it looks way better in my opinion. it'd be the same way i'd display menasor, if i had one. i'd want to break up the "cars" attached to a robot look too though.

i really don't care too much for show accuracy. especially for g1 toys. since they're far from show accurate as it is.

The toon is usually pretty consistent regarding the limb placement, but sometimes, not surprisingly, animation errors creep in.

For example, Superion's limbs tend to be miscolored a lot. At the end of War Dawn, during the combining animation the limb colors literally change between Air Raid/Skydive and Slingshot/Fireflight. Makes it difficult to see who is supposed to be where.

Most unlikely mate, one day I would have loved to have a full Victory Cybertron line-up of Vic Saber, Greatshot, Galaxy and co, but I just can;t see it as possible any more.

After all, Sixshot got one a couple of years ago, so maybe Takaratomy might be tempted to Encore-up Greatshot?

Hmm, I just haven't sat down to do it with other things going on. I'd think that it could be difficult to just slide off the hose from those wires, as it seems a tight fit. Also, the light at the end is bigger than the hose, right?

True. I've found it helps to refocus on Gobots and Micromen. There are far fewer pics around that might lure you to Ebay.
