Thanks!   I tweaked the Nemesis set to make a gray/blue Cybertron background for the mixed (bots & cons) cabinet. I haven't had a chance to have the printed out yet, but hopefully it'll turn out OK.

Thanks BTW for posting the links to the files in that thread where you did the backgrounds for your display.

Megaplex & Sunstorm played a huge role in kickstarting my TF collection some 10 years ago. I bought and sold these two as a means of generating income when I was in University. But once I had them in hand, I knew my passion for TF never went away. Nostalgic  

 

I love these!

Makes me want to create more MTMTE-inspired shots. So far I have just this one.

My Mirage. Too bad about the upper right corner because otherwise the box is very nice. No flap crease either. The toy is in great shape. He's always been my favorite Autobot car followed closely by Sideswipe.

 

Speaking of Sideswipe, here he is too. The toy is in awesome shape. I would like to replace the box though.

 

Argh stop taunting me with those Doubleheader pics! I can't stand that my robot does not have any arms!!!

I love Longtooth - I remember getting him when most of the other kids at school had already begun collecting other toys. I never really understood the attraction of wrestling turtles and thundrous felines. ;-)

You know, I always thought of the black guns being his arms and wondered why the few times he was in the cartoon, they drew him with regular arms and guns on them seeker style. Are the guns supposed to be his arms, or are the little stubby white things his arms?

 

Huh...I always thought the gun's were supposed to be his arms, but after reading that and looking at the pic, I think the little stubby things are supposed to be the arms & the gun's attach Seeker-style.

 

he "holds" the gun in his hand right? which pegs into the gun, so i'm going to go with the guns being his arms

Like the others, I too think they're his arms.

He's holding out his guns as if they were his arms in a 1986 European catalogue (they're pointing slightly downward), although it should be noted that in the same catalogue Bruticus has Onslaught's head.
