Are mass produced 3rd party figures allowed? Like Fans Projects, TFC, Perfect Effect and the like?

Sure, go right ahead!

As long as it's easily obtainable and not like a 3 of a kind rare type of item, then I don't see a problem with 3rd party figures.

Question: Do regional differences matter? Like say someone counters Duckett with a Takara MP Rodimus? Is that fine or does the counter have to be a Hasbro Rodimus? We doing this by specific release or specific mold representation? Like a BIS Rodimus vs Henkei would be fine as they are mold redecos for the same character, but a counter with a henkei Wildrider would not?

Just going to get technical before we get garbled.

Personally, I think it should be deco-specific. That'd be cool. Some toys, like a Classics Rodimus, have so many repaints that it's not even funny, ad it'd be cool to see different decos hit.
