Yup, Rook. But he's actually light gray, the flash made him look paler. I should use a light box, hehe. :)

seems like botcon was trying to cut some corners that year on the toys, because it looks like I took those apart and spray painted them. they look like bad custom jobs, no offense.

They should make some little missiles to fit those shoulder key chain loops. It would add an extra change to the Botcon Minibot exclusives.

Or just cut them off with a jeweler's saw. Anyway, the paint job isn't that bad in person. :)

Well, that was the same year they did Cyclonus from Beast Machines Ultra-class Jetstorm, who I believe is the only Botcon toy ever to retain the electronics from the retail version. The fact they did four toys at all that year (five, counting Rook) I remember being pretty impressive.

At first I thought you were talking about BCJ98 Double Punch :lol

Also Botcon 06 Primal kept the electronics.

Oh yeah, and to think I still have to get the TFC#20 Kup+Wheelie 2-pack to complete my variants of the mold, hehe.

I'll consider my Minibot collection complete when I get the '85-'86 Cliffjumpers. My pre-rub collection is now complete after acquiring Bumblejumper. :)

I'm not actively pursuing the South Ameriacan variants, that would be too stressful and expensive for me. I'll just get what I can, prolly complete the Antex ones in the future. :)

I didn't know there was that many wheelies...

:thumb  I cant even get around to getting the original molds of em, much less the variants.

I had him too back in the day, and I remember opening him up and transforming him and thinking... wow, what a cool toy! but now, with todays tech, hes horrible looking.
