Cybertron Crumplezone.

I know you didn't ask, but the repaint/remold is Cybertron Dark Crumplezone.

It's such a good remold he only asked who the green one was, thinking it were two different figures

^That's sexy

I remember back in Galaxy Force/Cybertron day, Japan wasn't getting some toys that were show characters and they had to be sold as "US Edition" exclusives (like Menasor and Quickmix) or not released at all (Dark Crumplezone). It's interesting how it seems to be other way around in Prime....

I'll never know why I didn't pick up a dark scorpinok at retail. That figure is such a classics black zarak it's not even funny.

Yes, that "battle damage" weathering is very convincing -- if unevenly applied.

Thanks! He's the only triple-changer to have gotten an even halfway-decent update by HasTak.
I just wish the face sculpt expressed a little of his devil-may-care G1 attitude, instead of the world-weary mug he got saddled with:

Like the mood lighting?

No, nothing as tricky as Japanese names...

You guys obviously need help, so here's another hint:
The Labor in question not only shares the name of a recent combiner, but it's also the name of Universe Tankor's aircraft mode.

Oh, and speaking of Tankor, I think he looks a whole lot more like Octane if you keep the shoulders aligned with the wings, and fold up the "comb of death" and attach it to the arm like a shield:

http://toyroom.files.wordpress.com/2012/08/octane.jpg

That gives a much more G1 profile, don't you think?
Okay, first off this looks great! Second, did you mod the figure to pull this off? I can't see any way of doing what you did with a stock figure. There is a slot on that part of the shield which lines up with a tab on the arm, but the slot is too narrow to fit the tab...
