    Shiny. Y'know, I like a lot of the Shapeways stuff I've seen floating around the boards, bar one thing - every piece I've seen, at least in posted photos, has the same gritty, textured look. Is it really as noticeable as the pictures seem to make it?

    Was dusting things off and cleaning my shelves and was quite surprised when I TF'd Buzzsaw into robot mode. I completely forgot that I touched him up! Now I'm thinking I might do a bit more by adding some dry brushed silver over flat black to his inner thighs.

    It's ok to say man. It IS crowded, and even though I have space on the top shelf, I have my Decepticons devided into "factions" each with a Bruticus Mech, so I try to keep them together. I have enought space to just put another 2 ft shelf by it to round the corner, and that'll space out the factions a lot and even lemme' add members!

    In person it's not nearly as noticeable, especially after dyeing. It's there, but photos exaggerate it. It's also less noticeable on larger things.
