Seeing Tcracker's sig, I'm guessing MP-12 will be Ultra Magnus as a previous poster said that Ultra Magnus was the only one Optimus called "old friend" as Tcracker's sig mentions. I'm actually hoping for Skywarp and Thundercracker to be put off, maybe after an MP Galvatron or a MP Megatron V2.

I really hope we get UM first and Galvatron next. Lastly Megatron and my MP leadergroup is complete!

 

No complain for far for MP10,hopefully the new MP Ultra Magnus will have additional Armour so that others will not complain is "another repaint of Optimus Prime".

 

True Classics isn't over but I figure this will give me something to look forward to while waiting on classics assuming we do get Trailbreaker, I think Hoist will still be a while before he is released.

I'm sure it was something like that. I bet Magnus repaints, as well as any sort repaints or head swaps involving Rodimus, Galvatron or other big players were off of the table for all 3 films in case they'd be making a big entrance as a fully fledged film character at some point.

Still...a white version of the movie Prime would have been cool. Come to think of it, even just a white "Arctic Prime" seems unlikely considering how every retail repaint retains the recognizable blue & red. I wonder who Nightwatch Prime bribed to slip past that rule? He didn't seem all that amazing. Who am I kidding, I'd have bought ROTF Leader Prime in Nightwatch colors.

I'm going to throw Star Saber out there again. I don't really expect him, but I really want him. He's too cool to settle for the toys he's already had. I'd love the details on the alt mode to be amped up so I find it more believable as a spaceship.

So, what accessories would a new MP Ultra Magnus come with? The Matrix is a given (especially if it uses MP-10 for the cab) but what else would he logically come with?

 

his trailer?  . Jk, hmmmmmm... A fall explosion feature to imitate the.. Movie.... I got nothin...

 

Oh, but the Matrix should be glued shut. Also for a human figure, maybe his 'human' form from that one episode in Season 3.

 

I'm not entirely sure UM could deal with accessories.

 

I think the transforming trailer, his gun/guns(?) and a matrix is all we will see from him.

Now his human form would be AWESOME.

 

I am glad that Masterpiece releases will be happening more often. It was kind of hard to keep momentum with so few releases each year.

I like the idea of a neo G1 line but I hope the figures will not be deluxe class like most CHUGS as they would not display well with the newer MPs. They need to be at least voyager size and preferably ultra class.

So, what is this about some troll hounding TCracker? Why in the world would someone be against TCracker's hints?The hints and insights he gives adds a lot of fun to the speculation. I don't get it.

 

If I remember right, the "troll" stated he also had insider information that stated soundwave would be next. They exchanged some beef and the old one was closed.

I think TCracker was getting a lot more hate on IM services then he let onto though, and the one random troll in the thread put him over the edge. I don't blame him, at the first sign of any hate whether it was via IM or forum, I would have stopped hinting too.

Still when TCracker had been right on the past 2-3 MP's (can't remember how far back he started hinting), its a very hard sell for someone to come in with contradictory information and expect it to be believed, so I'm not sure exactly what the problem was.

 

To anyone that has been paying attention to TCracker's posts, it is obvious that he does indeed have credible inside knowledge. It is a real shame that he was getting trolled inside the thread and through PM. I thought his hints were not only fun but helped build hype for the line. While I don't have reason to believe that TCracker's posts were sanctioned by Takara, i think that sharing himts on measage boards and Facebook as a great marketing technique as it gets fans actively invested in the line. This situation kinda reminds me of when a Hasbro insider used to post on these boards but had to leave because another tformers site complained.

 

So, if there is going to be a smaller MP subline, who would be the first ones to come out of that? Was Bumblebee and/or Huffer mentioned a while back? Something like, taking on Minibot figs first.

 

I have heard that the next MP will be Ultra Magnus that will be the same size as MP-09Rodimus.
