MP13 will probably be Ultra Magnus. The cab is already made, all that needs to be done is repainting & making the trailer, which I'm sure are underway by now. after all, MP10 sold well in Japan, even at such a high price, so I'm sure Takara can justify going ahead with Ultra Magnus. Although it is entirely possible they'll wait & see how MP10 sells here in America before starting Ultra Magnus & could be working on Megatron instead...ya never know.

with sideswipe being announced next im wondering if we will ever see a scaled down megatron. i know im not being patient, but my mp-10 needs a better foe besides starscream to fight in my display!!

They'll be staggered amongst Ultra Magnus repaint and Sideswipe I'd imagine.

Ultra Magnus will be another figure that Takara will consider in issuing,MP10 mold is fantastic,i hope they will do better job for Ultra Magnus

I'd love to see a G1 style Ultra Magnus and the FOC generations UM gives hope for that.

I'm jumpin the gun here, but what repaints from MP Sideswipe do guys think is likely. I keep thinking Sunstreaker but then I realize that other than being a Lamborghini he is totally different than Sideswipe. I'm not even sure that the same mold could be used for those too.
So Red Alert would be a repaint with a new head mold and that is all that I can think of. Is there anybody else that could use the Sideswipe mold?

Not sure if Red Alert even needs a new head mould, he had the same head but in red.

Until we see some actual prototype pictures and not just blueprints, we can't really speculate on IF sunstreaker is available from the mould.

As far as repaints go, Red Alert would be easy money, followed by G2 Sideswipe in some sort of e-hobby exclusive. The rest I'm not really sure about, Clampdown, Tigertracks, whatever else.

They haven't repainted the rest of the moulds in any G2 or other obscure colours either, bar the new Starscream as Sunstorm. Grimlock did not get repainted into a blue dino, Optimus has not been repainted into blue diaclone colours, Starscream didn't get a G2 deco...so I'm not really jumping into any conclusions for Sideswipe yet.

I think that you'll get a dark re-paint, like the Ehobby Rodimus.
After that, they'll release red-alert and I think that's all you'll get from this mould.

EDIT: Of course, that's dependant on the price being low enough for MP12 to sell in large numbers. Looking at MP11...

Remove all thoughts of Sunstreaker as a repaint. That would be like repainting MP-10 as Megatron....the robots are so vastly different it just won't work.....especially for something that is supposed to be the pinnacle of G1. I wouldn't expect Tigertacks or any other obscure character either, I imagine the MP market/price wouldn't lend well to that selling very well......although having said that if Sunstorm is getting done anything is possible.

Realistically just Red Alert but I wouldn't expect him anytime soon either....not when Sideswipe isn't due till the end of the year, then seeker repaints, and Ultra Magnus.....
