just curious, why not use an Asian supplier, surely it would be more cost effective?

 

For exclusives from there yes, also the fact the pol and being able to cancel when ever with out any hassels, and even with postage i still save 5 to 12 per tf versus buying them localy.

Hate to burst your bubble, but the release date got pushed back to february.

 

Should be fairly soon though, the new toy layouts for my workplace start coming in on February 16th, which is sure to include the Beast Hunter stuff, so BBTS is bound to have them in sooner.

Can't wait to get my PoL tomorrow though, I can hardly imagine how big the box must be.

Finally shipped on my end, but the tracking number I have does nothing atm. So maybe a label was created. Who knows if it actually shipped.

+100 points! This exactly! I spend 20 dollars buying snacks for my workday. But sometimes i spend too much time looking for a better price. There is something different about online shopping in general that has people going batsh!t looking for "the best bargain" while we forget easily about customer service.

That being said i might stop using BBTS since i preordered in July and waited almost a week to see my item ship.

Are you looking to sell your MP-12 Sideswipe figure or are you looking to sell your preorder?

Not looking to buy someone's preorder. I'd rather pick up a preorder from someone who doesn't want theirs anymore.

 

I am still waiting for people to define customer service and state why BBTS customer service is better then any other companies. It seems a lot of people write that, but I have yet found one person say, TFSource refused to fix my item, but BBTS fixed it for me on something else.

I think people think CS is something different then it is.

 

I think they're confusing customer service and customer service policy, where BBTS has better policies with regards to dropping pre-orders, but higher shipping costs and less availability of mint/collectors quality items.

 

BBTS tends to get back to you the same day if you have issues. TFsource is usually next day or the day after. Of course TFsource is smaller with less manpower. They're pretty even across the board. Both go to the same extent to satisfy the customer, so their's not much difference.

Customer Service = the answering of questions, handling of returns/refunds, offerings of discounts, replacements of damaged/defective goods, cancellations, etc.

Customer service is typically separate from the order experience and happens after the product has been received.

The order experience is considered Standard Operating Procedure. (The stuff that gets the order from point A to point B).
