Their shipping doesn't really matter if they don't ship. I hit ship on loot over 4 days ago. Still processing.

 

i've gotten substandard 2 or 3 times and i was fully satisfied each time. One time the box looked perfectly fine. two times there were just some minor dents in the packaging but the toy itself was perfect. I usually throw away the box anyway so i'll most likely do it again

 

I have only done it once and the box/product I received was in perfect condition. I would not hesitate to order a "substandard" packaging listed product again.

 

I bought a substandard Generations Roadbuster last year and the box was flawless. The figure inside had horrible clown feet, but that wasn't BBTS' fault.

 

I received a pretty rough "standard" SHF Sailor Mars years ago so I think some of these "super mint substandard" stories could've been mistakes in the warehouse.

My advice would be, if you care about the box, don't roll the dice for a $2 savings. If you don't, don't worry because that rating is just for the box. The toy will be fine but they'll make it right if it's not.

 

Same story with me, hit mine on Fri, just now "shipped" today. I emphasize the "shipped" part because all they really did was create a label and the items probably still aren't on a truck/plane yet.

 

Yeah, I just got my "shipped" notification as well. Must be consolidating the days they ship out with more traffic at the moment. I still wish they had a solid policy on how fast something ships when you tell them to actually ship it.

 

Mines been hit and miss with when I get a notification, but usually it was always that same day if I hit it early enough or the next. 4 days is the longest its ever taken, and seems kinda ridiculous to me. I get things might be busy with holidays, but its still pretty early in the month of Dec.

 

I have NEVER had same day. The next day was the earliest for me, but this isn't the first time I've waited so long. And honestly, the holidays should be more of a reason to hustle and get things shipped fast with deadlines and actual delays in delivery looming.

 

I ordered substandard on my SS Lockdown, and the box looked like it was stepped on, which ruined the display stand.

 

That's actually my usual MO, hit ship on Friday night so they can start on it Monday, and have a label by Tuesday. Usually doesn't hit a fed-ex point till late in the evening..

 

Transformers Masterpiece MP-34 Cheetor restock pre-order is up. Though at $25 higher than originally priced, not sure I would exactly call it a restock, but there you go.

 

If it is a reissue and shows up on Amazon JP for pre-order like MP Beast Wars Optimus Primal, that's obviously where I will get mine to avoid import fees.

Was able to order the new Optimus and Megatron from the Siege line. They should arrive Friday.

Now the waiting game... Hit ship at 5:15 est. Was really psyched, the Christmas He-Man figure topped off my PoL! Here's hoping to shipping out by Tuesday. But finally got all three MP Coneheads and MP-17+... WOOOOT!
