Hi there I'm quite interested in instances of toy swapping just because of the strange things, broken toys or completely different toys they get away with taking back although I in no way support it. So here is a place to post images of cases you see yourself or find on the web for me and everyone else to see. 

you may also post badly returned transformers on here not just swaps. 

I look forward to seeing your results as we here in the UK never get it, it is quite a strange thing to see for us. so get posting and lets try to make the largest collection of toy swapping on the net. 

Edit: I would like to say the ones i have posted here are not taken by me as here in the uk we don't get toy swapping so credit goes to all people who took them whichever country and website they are in/on.

There was always a toy swapped figure around here ... guess he stopped.

FAB Brawl in Bludgeon box.
Regular Soundwave and Bee in the N.E.S.T. two pack thing.
Landmine in ROTF Landmine repaint box.
TFTM Starscream in HTFD Leader Starscream box...

The guy was a motherfuck.

 

Had to dig a bit for this one, but I found it at a Target. There was one correctly-packaged one right behind it, so I got one and the swapped one got turned in at the front desk.

Points for choosing somewhat similar toys, though. You're still a douche.

Look out for that guy here who stole the MechTechs out of four Voyager OP's, though. He'll try and justify it!

 

I should however add that went I went to the exact same Marshalls a week later, the toy itself was gone and the box was still there.

I saw poorly repackaged returned Transformers likle ROTF Leader Optimus Prime and HFTD Starscream but that's it.

 

There was a Scourge in a Cryotek box someone found bitd. Here it is, I don't know who took the pic tho

 

Who the hell would swap a Scourge for a Cryotek? Might was well return the actual figure and slip a few bucks into the box.

I don't have a pic but I once saw a G2 Slag in a voyager box once. The figure was beat up so I let it go.

 

you can also post badly packaged returned ones but really anything that is not supposed to be there or is but not in that way or position/form.

yeah but I thought i would make a thread dedicated to it so it is more accessible than going through that whole thread and bumping into some every now and then as i did.

 

Well I did find a RotF Ransack. Only in it's bubble, and I believe it was missing it's head and one of it's legs. It was slightly cheaper than normal.
