It is clearly the same mould as the two Cyberverse Prime's albeit with some new gear.

 

Loving the swords & new cannons, but the paintjob's a little odd. This should be front-paged if it's the first image we've seen!

Oh man, I at least want that thing for it's swords, because that color sceme is atrocious.

 

Actually the head might be new, the color scheme is clearly meant to be a G1 homage.

 

Sweet. I'll buy it just for the weapons and give them to Jetpack Prime as I don't like the deco.

That's pretty cool looking. If it's less pink-looking for the production release, I might get this guy. The swords and cannons are pretty cool, and getting this will give me an excuse to get the Cyberverse Commander Megatron figure.
