Got my Hench and Ufo today. Very fun figures. Forgive me if i'm the last to know but their tech spec numbers match up exactly to Brawn's and Cosmos's. Not shocking i know, but it's kinda sailing very close to the wind IMO since these aren't Brawn and Cosmos for legal reasons.

It doesnt matter. You cant copyright a tech spec readout. We know they are supposed to be Brawn and Cosmos, and Hasbro most certainly do too. It may be a 1 in a 1000 coincidence that they are the same, but legally there is nothing wrong with it.

Very Tempted by AM Thundercracker, but I actually think I prefer the RID mold, so I'll save my money on the offchance it gets the seeker treatment somewhere along the lines!

How much was megs posted from TRU US (inc tax and import charges)?

Hench and UFO only come in one size. If you're seeing others they must be very early KO's.

    Eh?

They are about deluxe sized BUT they were designed and meant to be Legend sized but were upscaled by the factory. There are no two sizes, just the one.

Well it just past 3 and im sat down stairs with ear ache of all things, didn't realise ear ache could be so painfull:(

Finally received my hence and ufo today, royal mail must be slacking cause i received confirmation from andy that they were dispatched Wednesday,
    Anywho..
Brawny is simply awesome, fantastic rendition that captures his cartoon and toy look, mine doesn't suffer from the loose ball joint shoulder problem thats been mentioned,
I did indeed rotate the waist, but didn't see the point in popping off the legs and switching them over, all i did was rotate the legs, which put the tail pipes on the inside as this kind of helps out with his standing problem,
Brawny just about scales in with mp10, i say just but still feels a tad to small for the mp line,

X transbots powerglide stands about the same height, which is a good fit seeing as the original g1 powerglide toy was on par with g1 brawns size.

Ufo... Hmmm i do like him, i really do.
But i just wished he looked more like either his original toy or his cartoon
    Representation,
I like the fact that he's depicted as short fat stumpy,
But the ufo version seems more like a reimagining then a true homage,
Hence, spray and rager were all great homages to the G1 toy and/or the g1 cartoon, so it surprises me that ufo doesn't follow this trend,
The pp05 brothers are homages to the cartoon and comic,
Ufo seems to fit into the classic range as most of these were reimaginings rather then homages,
And since im displaying my mini warriors with the mp range, i might have to use ufo as a place holder till a more toon/toy representation comes along,
But i still do like ufo,
Did anyone else get a broken display Stand?
The display shaft that plugs into the base has snapped off at one end, it came in package like this, shame as i was going to use this:(

Ear pain is subsiding, may now finally get some sleep.
    ZZZZZZZZZ

Its a bit quiet round here! Wake up guys.

After Rumble arrived yesterday, I was in the mood for more Prime and grabbed Wheeljack out of storage. After generally messing with these two, I really like them and they really represent the best of what Prime is to me - articulation and character. Rumble looks like such a brawler with twin miniguns, way better than using them as piledrivers. I realised that the thing that bothers me about him is the alt mode - not the type of car, that fits him perfectly, but the deco. This is a bully and a punk, and while a hot hatch is perfect, he would be decked out with decals and eye catching designs. I am really tempted to try to take a paint brush to him - firstly to make him red, which is what Rumble is to me, and secondly to give him more of a boy racer finish. But, that will need to wait until after I finish (start!) my BeePaint entry.

So, I thought that I would get the camera out and snap some shots of a few more guys currenting sitting on my 'spotlight shelf'.

I have also come to the decision that I will pass on MP-10/TRU MP Prime. I am very happy with the anniversary version that I have and I will hold out for the Takara Ultra Magnus repaint. That way I get a great version of Prime, and the updated version of one of my favourite characters in proper armour (fingers crossed!).

How weird. Assumed it was the same problem everyone else was having. Apologies!
