Yeah, would be a great seller, unfortunately my abilities for creating such a marvel (Sorry! no pun intended) are not at their peak, destroying things, I'm great at, creating..............I will leave that to Pumpkingonzo and the other talented people on here.

I would definitely buy one if someone could build one.

Yip, I think Deaths Head needs to happen.......I would love an MP size one of him!

Way too close to call, I'll probably end up liking Smokescreen the best if the face sculpt is all I am hoping for in person.

In-hand, it's hard to imagine anybody not falling in love.

    :lol

They're trying to get it to play "Africa" by Toto, or at least some Hall and Oates.

And James Roberts dropping in today no less! Damn, wish I could have come along today and, as Morgan puts it, "act like Swerve around Blurr" :p

Absolutely! Everything on that shelf is a little strange. The Sunstreaker is a Milton Bradley repackaged Joustra Diaclone in a Sideswipe box (factory error), the Thundercracker is the first ever TF version of the toy, so it has no copyright and has hand-sanded wings because they couldn't alter the Diaclone moulds in time for release, Thrust is a Euro Ceji-manufactured variant with black plastic wheels and hard plastic nose, the black Tracks on the bottom shelf is the Japanese Lucky Draw, the Prowl is the mostly black Mexican "Policia" version.

The Smokescreens...well they're not 100% Smokescreen :)  They are both Mexican variants, one of them has the Smokescreen front end, but a Bluestreak T-bar roof and Bluestreak back end (no rear spoiler), and the other one has a Bluestreak front end (bumper, not spoiler/splitter) and T-bar roof but a proper Smokescreen rear end with spoiler. Basically, the first 3 variants of Mexican Smokescreen were not 100% Smokescreen mould, but recoloured Bluestreak-mould parts. There's even one that's 100% Bluestreak mould, an utterly incredible variant item. Of course, there is also a normal Mexican Smokescreen too with minor differences, but the proper full racing car parts.

Here's a close up of my two mid-way hybrids:

Interesting facts, I did wonder why silver!

    Thats brilliant mate :thumb

When Prowl came along I though he was/is amazing but Streak was the one I was most looking forward to, in hand theres less between them than i thought.
Prowl with the Amazon launchers looks so damn good, surprisingly better than Streak with them IMO.
I've called a draw on these two.

    :lol

Teehee, he showed this to me as he was working on it, he said he was making it for you. I saw a couple of weeks ago that you announced that you were intent on having your Classics collection go G2, but I didn't want to spoil your fun and say I'd seen it. And how amazing it is.

First day back at work today after spending most of the week off really ill. Now its the weekend :D

Exiled from the living room, where the missus and her sister are watching a film called "Odd Thomas", I am sat in my command center (spare room, where all my toys and comics are kept), drinking a glass of Port, with a plate of various cheeses and bread, watching fan dubs of Transformers:Victory - wondering how I let this series pass me by. I now find myself browsing EBay looking for a Robotmasters Starsaber.

Picking up random toys off my shelves, that I have not looked at in a while - such as Generations Black Shadow. Who is frickin awesome.

    This is the life.

Maz, I raise my glass to you and your photo's of your glorious toys.

Thanks again to everyone for all your support and very kind words :)

    Right, crap picture but.....
A commission for a very nice member here. Although, I hope his team don't win on Sunday as Arsenal are away to them :)  This is a MP Skywarp from an MP11 Thundercracker.
Has taken a bit of time, but it's getting there. I'll get better pictures (hopefully) loaded up once completed.
Canopy, wing strips, Decepticon symbols, tail fin strips and gloss remaining I think.

Just picked myself up Green Optimus, Huffer & Shockwave from Argos for £18 thanks to the buy 2 get 1 free offer that's on till sunday.

The woman who served me was very helpful and searched all over the stores, apparently rather than be in one place they have them scattered all over the warehouse.

Ha, I thought they were having a group meeting called by Red Alert.

'Alright guys, there have been reports that Soundwave has been sighted in the area, keep a lookout for him OK?'

Unfortunately I can't really take advantage of BTGOF because Shockwave is all I need. Hmm, maybe a Lime Prime for a part Christmas present. And yeah, when I picked up my Lime Prime from Argos a few weeks back they had the Cyberverse Commanders in no less than five places! Two warehouse spots and three different draws in the cabinets behind the counter.

    Why?

pumpkin - the purple if i were to guess is it tamiya? if not that shade is so close to theirs!

tell me however - the shoulders on the MP - 11 version, how to you separate them? i can take the whole arm off but it doesn't seem to even have a hidden screw on them?

    Hi mate.
The purple I used for Skywarp was Vallejo - blue violet.
Gorgeous colour, although I'm very biased towards Vallejo, almost obsessed with the stuff! The model colour range is designed with permanent pigments. The colour stands strong, and stays vibrant. Enough of my anal paint talk, sorry :)

I took some parts of the MP11 mold apart to fully paint, but the shoulders I kept intact. Kept rotating the arm with the figure in every angle imaginable. A couple of small areas I filed down ever so slightly. I found for some strange reason the tail fins were a complete pain in the arse to do!
