Nope, there's nothing I'm that bothered about right now and as for the rest it's all paid for, well I'm on thence with daca Skyfire but every time I look at it it just feels off.

You, sir, are a diamond! Thats exactly what I needed. It looks like I had it pretty close to that.... but at no point did anything suggest that I was done.

*goes back to look at the 'instructions'*

Nope.... Nowhere on there does it even imply that the torse hinges forwards in any way!

I do have to say though, I have warmed to Stax quite a bit since my initial disappointment. Bot mode just seems to have a lot of personality in it, despite no face and no paint. Go figure.

Continuing my Scoria trauma..... I keep going back and being tempted by the Gigapower versions. I know that I shouldn't, as they don't look as good, the engineering looks way better for the FT Scoria (dino legs actually fold away!), looks way too big, don't have any past reputation of actually having done anything, and look way too G1 for my taste, but the chance that they will nail the triceratops alt mode and include clear plastic tempts me so much! I utterly wrote them off not two weeks ago, and now I am seriously leaning in that direction! It just seems that toy deco was an utter after-thought for FT and that's what I love.

I might pick up YotH MP Prime when I get paid next week......

Yes - once. Didn't get hit by customs, but that was only the once.

Congrats to the other thread Gramps.......I've been there for the last 7 years. The rest of you have some catching up to do.

RE: Stax.... Ah ha! I had it fine, except that the plastic hooks should go over the nubs on the lorry cab, not under them. His right arm continues to fall off too much, though. Thanks.

I started early. I'm 45 and my daughter is 30 - she's having her second in Sept. In print that doesn't look so clever. No presents for anyone. Anyway glad to hear it all went ok.

I can't think of anything to say about Bots and have nothing coming until probably Leo Dux.........the shakes are going to kick in soon.

Hi everyone, just recently joined the boards & only recently started collecting TF's again after not buying any since around 1987.

I have a question, does anyone know if Springer, Sandstorm or Blitzwing are ever going be on the shelves in Toys R Us? Or have they been & i've missed them? Or do i need to look to the net?
    Thanks

Your not that much older than me, I'm 40 and considering it was her first, she's 19, after it was said and dome she said it was pretty easy for the most part and nowhere near as painful as she expected but her only real exposure to actual birth was watching one born every minute and some of those like to scream. And she was doped up to the eyeballs. Leo Dux looks good but not sure he would work with MP's, maybe if they were all a little bigger and next on my list is Soundblaster, and maybe a new phone mines kinda old.

    Welcome aboard.

I think the. Net is the way to go if you want them anytime soon. Nobody (including Hasbro UK !!) has a clue about when or if they will stock anything these days but Springer has been out everywhere else for about 10 months so it's not looking good.

Online is your best bet, either kapow or masterforce may have them in.
Also need to replace my drivers side wing mirror for some strange reason the glass exploded and fell of yesterday.

If I become a Granddad within... oooh, 18 years or so there will be a horrific and brutal murder of the father. My little one is only 2...

Gah. I do worry though (already) she's half Chinese, quarter English and quarter Greek. I suspect I'll be beating them away from the front door.

Another package arrived this morning (from within the UK) Monochrome Donald Duck has landed! He marks my first ever monochrome figure, I've always been tempted by monochrome versions like G1 Hot Rod but never bit the bullet.

    So yeah, quak!

They could WST them? The full size looks pretty complex. In the box... But it's Donald Duck! Who puts a towel around his waist after a shower but doesn't wear trousers!

Whose temper is worse than mine! Whose uncle is Scrooge McDuck!

Also the left side of my jaw has inflated quite massively. It's literally twice the size of the right. My mouth won't close properly on the left. Breakfast today was a big bowl of jelly.

And I have part 2 of my Root Canal this Friday! Hooray! Oh wait, I meant 'shit'.

I really doubt it's an accurate WST, probably very simplified though I've not seen the original

Welcome aboard! Your best bet might be to try Amazon.com. They sometimes have silly deals on TF's. I once got Generations Orion Pax, Hoist, and Trailcutter shipped from the USA for about £28. Plus earlier this month they refunded me $2.50 on the import tax deposit I paid!

    You are 40?

Jeez, I am a few years younger and haven't got one kid yet... probably too late now with the other half being the same age as me :(

Congrats on becoming a grandpa... who ever thought we'd still be playing with robits when we were grandparents eh?

I did actullay try to order a couple of them from Amazon.com but as i progressed through the order they weren't available to ship overseas for some reason. I'm fairly sure i had done everything as i normally would.
