Since they are sticking pretty close to the G1 vehicles for the ones that are out, I think he will. Bee will be a good indication.

I did. It's a big book and only had a brief flick through. Seems to create a unified backstory covering the original 13, WFC, FoC and Prime.

Well, the latest pictures of Optim-Horse are looking pretty good, and he seems to bet better with every photo op. Very tempting right now, and I may pick him up instead of the regular release.

Very true.... and the Seeker Swarm is not normal either.

The problem is that I cant get rid of them now, as there is no way at all that I would be able to get them all again and go through that. It all started when Takara did a display of MP Thundercracker and they had four in 'mid transformation tumble' that just looked awesome. This was about the same time that Argos ran Skywarp on a deep discount....

I am sorry, but is anyone really believing this? If they are, I have a bridge that I am looking to sell on! The entire thing sounds not just like a dumb cover story for 'we lost it' but one that assumes that people are stupid and will believe half-baked lies.... and I think that they are right.  

Yeah. Being in a very different time zone, I missed out on all the fun too. I iz sad. So, OK, if I tumble off this BW cliff - I've nearly finished season one - and start getting the toys, what's the definitive line-up looking like?

Generations Rhinox, Waspinator and Rattrap? Should I avoid the earlier Cheetor and Dinobot? I heard bad things about them. What Primal and Megatron do I need? Obviously, from the watchthrough threads, Tigatron and Airrazor can go fuck themselves. Terrorsaur and Tarantulas are faves, so I'll hold out for updated figures...

 

Stay well clear of Cheetor. Henkei dinobot isn't bad though, although the sword looks stupid. There was a Primal and Megatron two pack from a few years ago which is meant to be pretty good, and considering they only really appeared in S1, updates of Tigatron, Airrazor and Terrorsaur probably aren't that important. The original Tarantulas toy isn't bad either.

Really, the character who does need an update above all else is Blackarachnia. The original toy looks nothing like the show version.

season 2 is a lot easier to find decent toys of cast members, I still hold transmetal cheetor as the best figure they've made of the character, the transmetal figures that made it into the show are all pretty good toys that still stand up well as toys if they were released today. Rattrap especially as he even has thigh and shoulder rotations as well as ball joints.

Although there is pe Aranea and the animated figure (which is what I use for classics)

Right. I've decided that I am out of Feral Rex for good this time. Sticking to my Season 1 & 2 principles as I really don't have the space so a mint Bovis, never been transformed, moly grease applied to the offending joint before movement and a Ceno Kibble signed box is up for grabs along with the other stuff!

So what are people that ordered Smokescreen from Anime Export doing about shipping?

From what I read about Bluestreak they weren't quick to dispatch it.
If I go EMS there is a chance it would get here by Xmas but also it could get stuck in customs. If that happens it could be there all over Xmas anyway.
Is it about 3 weeks for the slower way? It will arrive later but will avoid customs for sure.
Would have cancelled if they let me and gone with Kapow
