Happy Birthday mate - glad you've had a good weekend! the pub we watched the arsenal game in at 9 o clock went £1 a bottle on becks, £1.50 pint of carling, and £1.50 Smirnoff and mixer... hence my brief response to your pm at 3.30 am !

I'll get the null rays in the post to you tomorrow :)

Happy birthday to pumpkingonzo and Zaltron!

I had to spend an hour protecting Metroplex from the sticky fingers of a pair of three year old boys this afternoon. I have to admire their determination!

That's a shame, as there's some decent stuff in the New 52. I was put off initially, but Snyder's Batman in particular has been excellent.

I have not been a fan of DC's penchant for totally changing things, or the New 52 in general but it has produced some good things.

    Not many, but some.

    Thanks mate.
Your post made me laugh, and reminded me of something!
About a week ago, one of my nephews was at my house. I left MP Prowl and Bluestreak in the kitchen because I was taking photos of them. He raced in and picked them up, started shaking them about! My heart started beating fast I can tell you :)
He then raced out to the utility room where I paint/work, and was about to pick up some newly painted custom figures. I literally jumped on him and pulled him back (in a nice way of course)
He scares the life out of me :)

@ Pumpkin, mate are you excited about a potential MP Menasor from that warbotron 3p?

Also happy birthday Zaltron. He's been a massive help in getting my MP08 pre-ordered, customer service second to none.

Yeah, I've been reading about that possible Menasor. VERY excited if it happens.
I almost worship Menasor and all things Stunticons :)
I liked the FP one, but too small for what I wanted. I've got Hercules displayed with my custom Menasor, and have almost completed 2 MP Stunticons.
This release sounds like it would certainly suit me :)

I've had a great weekend, thank you :)

Happy birthday mate. Yesterday was amazing but hope today has surpassed it.
Nice present, by the way. So much love for Bluestreak, wish I'd gone fast post from AE not SAL.

Ha - that's brilliant. They are persistent at that age, you've done well. Although they mustn't be much bigger than Metroplex?

I looked at the FP ones at AA and my immediate reaction was : '£50? for that size? Fuck that!'

Yes good luck Neuta in the USA. Held the metroplex box against my nipper in TRU and he was only a head and shoulders bigger (just turned 3).

Yeah, there isn't much different in height between my lad and Metroplex! His mate, however, is freakishly big for a 3 year old...these two were born in the same hospital on the same day, but the other kid is a head and half taller than mine!

Has anyone ever ordered from Toymoda.com? My order has been showing as "Preparing" for over a week now. I sent them a message over Facebook, no response.

A lot of big three year olds about then. :)  @Podleian and Brumbot - cheers, thought so, my daughters 4 but short for her age and figured she is not much bigger than Metroplex now! Metroplex is ridiculously big for a transformer and if a toy is almost bigger than your son or daughter then that feels a bit weird.

Still, would quite like an updated Titan-class Trypticon to go with Metroplex-can you imagine?
Edit; mind it would probably scare the heck out of the kids.

Wish I had the room for a detolf, trying to make sense of the madness of my collection, boxes boxes everywhere, doesn't help when you collection videos and video game systems too. think it's time to kill a collection.

Got myself yet another Erector & The Micromaster Sports Car Patrol.

Also got these in a bulk lot for £130 (broke it down to what I think each are worth of the total.)
    £10 Sealed Skids Reissue
    £20 Opened Smokescreen reissue
    £20 Opened Inferno reissue
    £20 Opened Red Alert Reissue
    £15 Opened Tracks reissue
    £15 Opened Skywarp reissue
£15 Opened Rodimus Major reissue (no instructions)
    £15 Opened Dirge Reissue

Think I got a decent deal?

    I think that's a really good deal for £130.
    Some great pieces there.
Totally know what you mean about space! My collecting habits are getting a little out of hand (again) and I've got boxes pretty much everywhere.
More room would be nice :)
Transformers being the main thing for me, but I've got hundreds of Star Wars figures, Arsenal programmes going back donkeys years and a stupid amount of Horror DVDs. I need to get rid of some stuff unfortunately...
