The Jurassic Park set is up on Amazon UK - But at £125 - which is £15 more than ordering it from the States.

For those using the US site there is a "put my box in a box" option that you can tick during check out - might hopefully reduces the odds of your parcel getting crushed in transit.

Noticed some sort of salesmen were positioned right by the exit of the supermarket and accosting people as they left but managed to deter them with a death stare although in my head I wanted to channel Brick Top and say "Stop me again when I'm walking and I'll cut your f'ing Jacobs off" :D

It's too bloody hot and I haven't time for people deliberately standing in my way when I've bags of shopping to get to the car.

On the bright side, it's my birthday, one year older, don't know about wiser but could be much worse even if I don't always realise it.

    I got,

Something smelly to clean up from the ferrets :D

A new PC mouse as the left button on my other one was barely working, possibly due to clicking "Buy now" or "Complete order" far too many times :D

£40 cash which is going on a much needed book case from IKEA that'll fit in the last bit of wall space I have in my room.

An Amazon voucher which I'll likely use for blu rays or CD's.

Well, I ordered Starscream earlier, and there's a real danger I'll just buy every version of this mould.

As in never forget or never finishing watching?
Or is it a case of Netflix thinking you want to watch the closing credits.

For my mind I love a bit of Q and quite liked the bookending structure of the pilot and final episodes.

@DaftRaider I'm looking to be spending about £75 for Rexy (the price of Expanse) so if the total when the orders open up fully are high, unless you really want to pay crazy amounts for the explorer, then I'm out.

    Happy birthday!

    @bcm77 :bday  Brendan!
The latter, I will never be finished with TNG, not to rag on NuTrek, it has it's positives but since longform serialisation has become more the norm in the Streaming Era there's nothing like TNG, TOS, and stuff like McGoohan's The Prisoner that are basically stealth Theatre-on-TV in genre trappings.
A Monkey's Paw wish fulfilled, as I used to hate the status quo reset of "filmed for syndication", it's gone too serialisation now IMHO. So whilst I'll dip in and out of TNG, I'll never be done with it, sod off, Netflix, it's not all "Completed It, Mate"!

On the other hand the first 2 episodes of Rick & Morty season 5, whilst entertaining, have pretty much nailed on that from hereon in it's firmly in the stock characters sitcom wheel of non-progressive narrative, the opposite of serialisation, the show's ironically endlessly inventive but will never progress (unless the ratings tank). It's funny how it seems to have hit the grind out episodes point similar to The Simpsons on a far accelerated timescale.

Do you hear that? It's train coming down the poorly maintained track, and it's loaded with highly combustible dumpsters.

    Happy birthday @bcm77

And £125 for the JP box? Balls to that and an easy out. And that's coming from a die hard Jurassic Park and Transformers fan.

JP fan/TF fan/Rich is one hell of an optimistic Venn diagram.
