Mate of mines got a 3D Tv and thinks it's great, mind you, the only film he's got so far is Piranha 3D. Apparently Kelly Brook comes right out of the screen...

I got perceptor and wreck gar today. Havent got round to opening wreck gar yet, as I got distracted by my girlfriend forcing me to help her make sushi, and listening to forest fail to beat millwall. Boo.

But I did open perceptor, and I really like him. Had no idea his legs extended. Am I doing something wrong with the back pack? It looks like theres a tab slot on the underside, but I cant seem to get it to peg in, and sort of just flops around? Is that how its supposed to be?

Please someone tell me what im doing wrong

 

Have a look in the review thread. I think Razerwire posted a guide on how to get the damn thing to tab in - I used that and it works fine  

 

Perceptor is infuriating as inorder to get the backpack to not be floppy you have to force it and it feels you might break him :s. His feedback thread is a great help in figuring out how to do it though. The trick is to move one tab then the other one into position.

Mine's in robot mode and not coming out of it unless I feel like torturing myself. He's just not fun to transform, you know how some are satisfying to get done, Perceptor is more along the lines of 'thank god that's over'.

I do look forward to Wreckgar though. I'm very tempted to buy two and customise the second into another junkion for Wreckgar to ride on.

 

Skywarp SCS - awesome information. Knowing that could've saved me some money over the years. It's something I'll definitely bear in mind next time I import something myself (although I'll probably get stuff from Kapow or ATCS, so it's unlikely - but you never know).

As to the question about DotM toys, I'm interested in the Cyberverse Prime with the trailer (Unless it's the same one as the one with the jets - why was there so little info from Toy Fair? Or did I miss something?), Cyberverse Ark (An Ark! At last! With a Roller! At last!), Powerglide, *maybe* Voyager Optimus (after reading Red Leader's review), and possibly Sentinel Prime (although I'll wait and see what his character's like in the film). Being an Optimus addict I am kinda interested by Leader Butterfly Prime, but I want to see what it is that Japan have in store first, since that sounds more intriguing.

A question of my own: I might have missed the information elsewhere, but do we know yet if PCC Wave 4 is coming to the UK stores? I have a Tesco gift card burning a hole in my pocket that's got Grimstone's name on it. Possibly...

McBradders - we would have told you but you changed your name and we couldn't find you (?). Did Michael Bay make you change? Were you infringing a toy copyright?

3D films? Monsters v Aliens makes some fun use of it, as does Tron but it still feels a bit like a gimmick and not that anybody is creating content that is geared to the medium. I'd almost prefer to save myself the eyeball ache and see DOTM in 2D.

Just catching up with this new TF Prime cartoon. It's not bad. So, of the characters that are in the show but we have yet to see a toy of, who would we most be looking forward to?

I reckon Skyquake. So should you.

 

I think wave 4 is currently being offered by hasbro, it's just whether anyone has bought the stock to sell on.

 

Not so interested in Skyquake.... Bizarrely, I am really looking forward to the Decepticon car drones, along with Soundwave and Bulkhead, and now Wheeljack.

What is it about RtS Laser Prime. I know he is a bad figure. I have seen and read reviews. Most people say he is a bad figure. I look at pictures and think that even I think that he is a bad figure... So, why do I want to drop into TRU right now and pick him up?

Not sure how, but as I fiddled with him it all seemd to click into place and he seems pretty solid now. So I darent touch him! Its a shame because hes a fantastic figure otherwise. Just needs a nice autobot symbol for his chest.

Opened wreck gar aswell, and was surprised by how much I liked him. A really cool figure, with loads of surprises all over 

The guy I was talking to in TRU was going nuts for rts prime. He absoloutely loved and spent along time trying to convince me to buy it  

 

I like RtS G2 Prime.

Somethings just occured to me about rts wave 2 - none of them come with guns. Or does bumblebee?

 

Bumblebee doesn't, he comes with a wave rider thing. Does Perceptor's shoulder cannon count?

 

It doesnt dismount as far as i can tell.

Something that occurred to me about RTS

in the deluxe and voyager class there are only two decepticons! (super serial! Lugnut and Cyclonus are it!)

Also, got Lugnut set up on Ebay to go live at half past 2 tomorrow afternoon and good lord. setting up my ebay account to sell was an ordeal and the fees they expect people to pay are outrageous! I honestly feel sorry for those guys I buy off who don't get much for an item then having to pay for letting it go so low.

Looking forward to Kapow Auctions thats for sure. 10% of total selling fee? extortionate. I just hope he sells.

Regarding G2 deluxe Prime, I'm only going to get the United version who looks SOOOO much better than the domestic version, that said... I can hear the spirit of RID Scourge shouting at me from my DVDs...
