That deco of Beachcomber seems more appropriate to the type of character he is. You know Go Green, for recycling, plants.... other recreational activities involving plants....

I just wish they would make them Voyager size. It's unclear but I doubt they will be that. They look so much nicer though.

If you only get one Seacon, then I think this is the one to get!
This guy puts all the other team members to shame. Amazing value and looks brilliant.

I'm probably a little sun-cooked, and overserved from an afternoon at Carnival (millions of semi-happy people, semi-decent sound systems, mostly appalling food and no robots) but I have no fucking idea what that even means. It's got to be something with a hashtag from twitBler of some other social-media cesspit right?

Anyway that thread, if it's calling you names, calling you out on your integrity or just being the usual brand of uniformed dipshit unpleasant it probably means you're doing the right thing. And stop worrying about it. Seriously folks if some of you guys are lucky enough to have a great toy and they don't....well fucking hard luck.

It's been a brilliant few days. Brilliant. Now I get to re-enter, relax and shoot shit up with Turben. Happy days.

You are correct, sir, it's origins are in Twattery.
Feeble-witted Twatwits play it like Exodia the Forbidden One as an unbeatable refute to counter online opinions/statements they dislike but can't actually argue a good moral counterpoint, missing the fact that using it shows what shallow dishonest debaters they themselves are because, God, Mom, just because somebody says something doesn't mean they actually believe it, they just say stuff so they can feel better than me but they're wrong I'm better than them, now where are my pop tarts, Mom? Moooooooooooooooom! Pop tarts!!!

Yeah, heaven forfend anybody does the right thing because it's the right thing to do, not for status.

Agreed. Unless there's more information that hasn't been shared in this thread, all we know is that Kapow have received a C&D, they will probably not be able to sell one or two items they have currently on their site, and it might restrict future sales. Nothing about who sent the C&D, what products are under thread (other than them being 3P), nothing. This is exactly the wrong time for speculation and backseat lawyering where people suddenly pretend to be experts on IPs vs trademarks vs copyrights.

Anybody interested in a barely used Thermidor? Just not as in to him as I thought I'd be. £12 delivered?

    Edit: And gone.

    Azrail,
Voyager sized would be cool but from what I've read in the thread in the 3p section it looks like they're only going to be upscaled a bit. For me the colouring was the main issue so I think I'll be happy enough, I really liked how the originals did something different on elements of the transformations and it's something I'm looking forward to experiencing first hand.

Flippancy aside, there are some great moments in both the UK and US Marvel comics. This is what is otherwise a pretty forgettable story about a petty human villain, but is underpinned by a subtle and gentle crisis of conscience for Goldbug and Blaster. Throughout the story they're clearly unhappy with Grimlock's rule, but Bob Budiansky never feels the need to spell it out by having Blaster state that he hates Grimlock or wants to leave.

    And those last few lines:
"Which way to the Ark, Goldbug?"
    "Behind us, to the east."
    "Let's go west."

So wonderfully simple, and brings the story to a great conclusion.

And this from a series that had Optimus Prime kill himself over a video game only a couple issues earlier.

Those (plus hoist) are friggin awesome!

    Great photo mate :)

    Happy belated birthday!

I watched this with the sound off, so suspect I'm missing a big part of the experience, but that's pretty great.

    Ah ha ha
In years to come I hope we can look back on IDW transformers phase 5 as 'the great return of the robot dick shooting years'.

    Nice photo!

Not a good idea to post art in the same post that I've quoted jamesy, but don't think I can be bothered painting this up, so here's an underdrawing going spare:

So after a Toy Story like event of losing Hoist and Windcharger's arm. I guess this makes them both The Buzz Lightyear and Woody of my collection.
