It's the PE torso upgrade that greatly improves things. It locks the legs in place which makes him stable but has the annoying side effect of limiting outward motion. Once I upgraded from CW this really popped for me so I have become very enamoured with it.

Go with Lonewolf and if you don't like it I am sure you can always sell it on :)

Combined mode looks amazing! Its too bad about the robot mode back pack. But lets be real, who's going too see that more than once every blue moon?
I'll follow your advice and try lonewolf first. Either way him and CW Motormaster are good stand alone figures! Thanks friendo.

Also I'm jealous of your Deadend begging together at the combined wrist. Got 2 of Hasbros one and they exploded :lol

The benefit of the combined mode backup, it's one and only saving grace, is that you can peg the PE combiner feet miniguns to them and seriously tool Menasor up. He looks mental just covered in guns :D

Yeah, it's almost perfectly what I want from an updated Menasor. He looks a proper hench bastard like this. Shame they blocked outward leg movement for...reasons.

I'd still love to know how a committee of designers at Hasbro thought the stock Menasor torso mode was good enough.

You got tracking? They sort of forgot to send my deluxes, and after I chased them up they are now listed as "shipped" since Wednesday lunch, but with no tracking and they've not turned up. Never had trouble with them before, they sorted it really quickly and it's purely my own impatience at work here.

But dammit I am a grown man wanting new toys :D

Sorry for maybe spamming a little but I really want to clear some bots with the goal of only keeping "my" main cast.

So these are yours (shipping included):
    - Takara G2 Sideswipe £40
    - Takara Tracks £40
    - BadCube Wardog £75
    - IF Ultimate Commander + Alleria £40

Opened to discussion and combined shipping. :)

Budget. Plus they looked at the Bot Mode above and went "Fuckit! It's lunchtime and that's close enough boys!" image.jpeg image.jpeg

I think I've only received one package in mint condition from them. The worst one was Cosmos, great big rip on the card.

Aye. It looks great in bot & truck modes but even with budget constraints im amazed that combiner waist was the best they could manage. Ah well, easily remedied by chucking money at third parties.

What I wouldn't give for a CW Abominus...

Every couple of days I roll past that Ultimate Commander & think "buy it". Then grown up liam takes over the controls for 5 seconds & says no.

The non nefs do a great job of making motormaster a cracking voyager figure with stability and much improved dynamic posing options. As Menasor not so much.
The head and body kit together with the Ko purple bruticus PE copy hands and feet make a big difference to him. As others have mentioned the trailer from motomaster would be nice like the city Commander kit or the Fansproject g3.

Exhausting day on non stop tantrums from my son, but a brief moment of respite mess about with a load of late G1. Haven't mixed these styles of guys since I was a kid. Great fun.

I do find myself wanting more Pretenders and Action Masters now. 20170707_195722.jpg

To be fair, my Menasor came with 1 V1 hip and the other a V2 hip so he doesn't stand how he should anyway :lol  Any idea where to find the KO PE feet on Ebay mate? Scratch that I've found them!

I'm enjoying this little heatwave, but it's a little too much when working!

I'm the manager of a large charity shop and after a day of lugging furniture around the shop floor I feel completely drained!

Still, it was certainly nice to collect these after work :)

Hi all. I just realised tru.com ships internationally. Have any of you ever ordered from them direct to the UK? If so, is the shipping reasonable? Do you always get stung for customs?

Any tales of experience or relevant advice would be very much appreciated.
