    Yeah, hoping that too. I'm not really going into TFNation with a huge pile of wants outside of some comics i need, so something like this would be a nice impulse buy.

    Congrats man! Now watch as you change lifelong held beliefs and convictions the moment the sprog is born. Also in my case my hair isn't thinning, far from it. (The last time I had my hair cut a whole head of hair was on the floor, and yet there was still a whole head of hair on my head). In my case though my hair is turning white. Also if you have a daughter watch your opinion of every young man/kid go down immediately. ('That little bastard will never be good enough for my little girl...')

    Oddly I am an IDW fan - more or less. Nothing other than the Scioli series has blown me away, but I think they've produced an above-expected amount of above-expected material (MTMTE, infiltration, little bits of what was RID, the general direction of travel of their current stuff... minus the 'hasbro universe' side of it).

    But somehow when it comes to the toys, I've no real interest in anything that's very far from 'g1'. Don't know why, and I'm not proud of it, if that makes sense, but toys like t30 Springer and the 3p redesigns (which I guess are less common now they seem to all be aiming for the MP market) leave me thinking 'that looks cool' but nothing more. The mind of this man-child is a curious one!

    Haven't had any chance to play with him, only look at him and pick him up out of the box before having to leave for the school run/get to work but he looks absolutely stunning.

    The accessories look amazing, even the blades/swords which I wasn't a fan of from seeing them from pictures. The ax is enormous and the shield is in it's own bag.

    Holy fuck. Trypticon is on his way. By all accounts check out the hip mods online. The spring might need shortening to stop the soft plastic of his male cross shaped joint from mashing.

    Fixed that for you ;)  Springer and Sandstorm are hard to beat in my eyes when it comes to Generations Voyagers.

    I'm for my sins more g1 based than other but appreciate greatly new interpretations of design aesthetic, stylistic flourishes, updates etc. Some float my onions, some is nah thanks. Not rabid about it I hope..,?
