I'm actually really attached to my set. I am probably going to modify it to match the custom dyed figure I made for it.

Just need to get a silver chrome spoiler to match the gold chromed one on my Protector.

 

Seems like a good plan. Would have been a damn good plan from the get go.

The love for TFSource would have flowed. There would have been some irritation. But people would have forgiven and tried to get in the raffle.

 

I don't like the raffle idea. I think they should be offered to the people on the waiting list in the order that they were put on the waiting list. As long as there's a waiting list, they shouldn't be putting any towards a contest later on like they're thinking about. They should go to the people on that list. Why even have a list if you aren't going to honor it to the fullest of your ability?

 

We have already seen that TFSource has no honor to speak of in regards to this set. At least this way they are trying to be somewhat fair.

They could have stuck with the original "fuck off if you don't like it" stand....

In an ideal world these 20 sets would have gone to the first 20 people on that list that missed it by LITERALLY seconds...
However, money means ALOT to Scalpersource (that was for you Valk, cause I know ya love it  ) and they will do as they see fit to make all they can.

 

I'm not going to argue that the way they handled this wasn't wrong.

I'm still going to buy from them.

But this was seriously fucked up.

 

I don't give a damn about the armor or have any beef with TFSource. I bought from them before and I will buy from them again. The only thing that got me scratching my head is when they said canceled orders. I thought they had a strict policy on cancellations. Aren't pretty much stuck with the items after you pre-order it?

Didnt they have a problem with some customers being able to pay for the set preorder? I dont remember the exact post.

 

You can refuse to pay (with their "pay later" option for preorders)

 

I forgot about that. I always paid up front. But you still need a credit card to do the "pay later" option anyways. When stock came you where charged.
