hahaha... so that means I probably shouldn't PM you and ask u to trade figures huh? :lol

Dude, I don't compare myself to other picture posters here, so none of that "not as nice as yours" stuff. That's not what I'm about. What I'm saying is that, you obviously thought those pictures were cool... and personally, I think they're pretty cool too. But, you should contribute more and actually give examples of what YOU think is cool rather than just ragging on other people's pictures, because, quite frankly, the latter just makes you come off like a backseat photographer and kinda' a prick.

There's no set deifnition of what cool is. Cool is an opinion of things, and it's going to vary from person to person. So, don't worry about or try to control what other people post. Do you, and only you and just keep it to that.

As a poster, I like you quite a bit (I say as a poster, bc I don't know you in person, so it kinda' surprised me that u jumped on the hater-wagon tonight. You're better than that dude.

Anyways bro, are those the alternity BB and CJ? If so, those look fantastic.

And, that's another reason why it's nice IMO to see people posting what they want instead of trying to fit a form. Even diffferent toys and molds that I'd never seen or never gotten to see in depth I get to see. There are figures I've literally BOUGHT because of pictures in this thread being the thing that made me press the button.

Here's one more before getting some stuff together before hitting the sack. No crazy poses. Just a picture. Some characters just don't fit that shit.

You know what I think is cool? Seeing pictures...any and all.

We're all better than this fellas. This is a great thread; let's continue making it a great place to stop in and have some fun.

    Everybody cool?

    Alright...contribution :bay

Hmm was thinking of getting the e-hobby set cuz I don't have a galv yet, maybe I'll just try to find a cheap first release instead of the extra money. Though I'm sure Scourge and Cyclonus easily make up the cost for the e-hobby set.

Honestly, even the crystal factor plays into the value of the ehobby set.

You should search reviews and opinions of the Galvatron mold. Of course, everyone's opinion varies, but he's one of those molds that 99% of people call hot garbage and want a redo of.

Definitely not worth cancelling your ehobby set for, but don't expect an incredible mold for galvatron by any means.

    TJ,

I have drank the hateraid before, cannot lie. I should have probably skipped criticizing the dude who does the cell pics. Also, all I was saying is some clever stuff on here too would be appreciated. But point taken.

BTW, yes those are the Alternity ones. They are really sick. I pose my Masterpiece stuff with Alternators and I needed a good CJ/BB. So I got those bad boys. I do have to say the transformation is a bitch if the chest ever gets stuck.

I posted pics a while back with the autobot shelf of MP/Alternators. If I find where I had those, I will post it for you. The Alternators are real nice if you get add on sets and reprolabels. It's sad as they could have been amazing figures had hasbro just done the additional things. Scale wise they are pretty damn good match.

I need to take better pics of all my stuff, just sometimes don't make the time to do it, and I am extremely anal about stuff I do. To me the pics I posted are crap. I haven't posted pics because I want to get a tripod and a light box set. I am extremely critical.

Nice pic! I thought it was pretty funny how you made a short Galvy, even shorter in perception by posing him with his knees bent, beside the taller Cyclonus.

Yea I hear ya Alucard. That's why I really scrambled to make my pics a bit better quality-wise.

And, dude, yes, please please post more alternity. I wish there was more in this thread as a whole. I mssed out on the line, but damn I'm in love with it. If I'd been ollecitng when these were new I'd have completed the line.

And dude, just caught the pic... the alternity BB/CJ fit in so well in every way wih MP Prime! Nice choice of molds!

haha. At this point, to me, that galvatron mold is a little grumpy old man. He's got that crinkled face, is short as shit, and hell, his legs pop off like he "lost the real ones in the war" or some crazy shit. So, that's how I pose and display him, lol.

And sorry if I'm coming off negative guys, but I cannot STAND the galvatron mold.

Btw And2g: Everytime I look at your avatar my fuckin' heart breaks bc my delicate warrior isn't here! lol.

I'm not a big fan of Alternity or Alternators (I only have a handful), but I really like them displayed with MPs. They just seem to work well.

Actually, here is the pic. That is Binaltech Red Alert with the Prowl head swap and reprolabel set with arming parts missles. The rest just have reprolabels. I have since ordered more missles to fill in the blanks on the figures. Also got a display case for these bad boys. Also, the PP01 Faith Leader is in perfect scale with these guys.

If you keep an eye out you can actually get these pretty cheap. Last week there was an ebay auction where the guy sold his whole collection of these for $410 + shipping. That was less then $20 a figure which is a steal.

    http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&_trksid=p4340.l2557&rt=nc&nma=true&item=250796112397&si=%252FRcfCPvKJ0CzD3Uq7ol7HJA7wkE%253D&viewitem=&sspagename=STRK%3AMEWAX%3AIT

It is the reprolabels and ordering missles and stuff that will get you. Luckily I found Darkov who does missles on the cheap.

*laughs* I tried to get Primus with his foot on poor Unicrons chest but I couldn't get him to stay standing up long enough to take the picture, so I went for the blast to teh face instead.

Ah, it's supposed to be Primus in a position where his Stellar Converter Cannons can reduce his asshole brother's head to smithereens.

That was the plan anyway. I do find it funny that of all the images I posted that was the only one anyone latched onto.
