I may be mistaken, but I believe it was shown in comparison with the rumble they produced, and it was about the same height. So probably pretty small.

I doubt it will be less than $100. Looking at this thread just made me buy the Frenzy Rumble pack, its on sale at BBTS. The small size is a good thing because it becomes an accessory for other transformers.

Three figures with a bunch of accessories from PE? Seeing as the Rumble and Frenzy were about $30 each I can't see this set being less than $100.

If it is $60 then 3rd party groups are getting to the point where I like them. Awesome figures that HasTAk won't get around to making for 3 times the price. I think 2x-3x the price is a good place to be. I can't wait til they get to the 2x the price of an official product, but that will take more time.
    Thanx

I'm guessing it will be around $80 since the Rumble / Frenzy set was $70.

Perfect Effect might just be capitalising on their specialization since making small figures is their forte.

I'm just being a ball breaker and because we've spat in the past ...so here I go.

How do you figure that a set of 3 larger bots with a whole slew of accessories can be only $10 more than two smaller figures with much less accessories?

I just want to see your thought process...if this is considered a flame I apologize in advance because that is totally not my intention. I'm just opening up a discussion.

No wrong answers here I would love for this to be $80 but I can't see it going for less than $100.

They could charge 300 bucks if they wanted really and ppl would still buy it. Also PE is still kind of new, need to make things to make money to make other things and make them at a lower price point.

things need to be considered though. the cost of making them, in what number and a projected amount of sales to determine what something like this should be sold at. also these do not get massed produced. also you will most likely be buying from a online retailer that will upcharge to make money and cover their initial cost and shipping.

i mean people are bitching about size and then ppl about price. so make it bigger and price goes up.

not saying you transbot90210, but those that are bitching and cant afford it then i dont know what to tell you, no money no buy. some ppl think these things will come out and be $30. maybe if hasbro did then yeah but it would prob be a shit combined mode and no accessories.

we all want to be able to afford the cool stuff but thats the deal with 3rd party stuff, it is always going to cost more.

And if waiting for it to go onsale good luck. i have not seen anyone sell on PE products on sale.

I agree the set should be $80 tops. $20 per figures and $20 for the accessories although I think $10 for them is even too much.

But this is PE, the company that hasn't lowered their prices at all even with putting out simple repaints of the mould. And you know once repaint time comes around that the mould has more than paid for itself at that point.(so prices should drop)

BUT, I am sure PE knows that if you put out something a TFan likes s/he will buy it at any price.

I am not bashing on PE. I own Rumble, Frenzy and Ratbat. I will own Eject and Rewind and the inevitable Lazerbeak and Buzzsaw. I will also own this Reflector. I understand 3rd party politics and prices and am fully aware that if I do not like the product or price I will not purchase it. In the end no one here has a right to bitch abotu 3rd party products for being so cool you want it but too expensive to afford it or justify buying it. Double edge sword here folks and in the end we have final say. With the power of purchasing...THE POWER IS YOURS.

Yes you are probably right but the bots are only sightly taller and two of the three should be the same mold. (I am assuming) Since the Eject and Rewind are a little cheaper then what Rumble and Frenzy were. I would think they would like to keep it under a $100.

And quit busting my balls, I'm good at digging my own holes.

    LOL'd at the gif lol

I had no clue that Eject and Rewind were cheaper than Rumble and Frenzy. Heck I haven't even seen a pre order for them on Automatontoys or TFsource yet.

How much are they selling the Blaster's bots for?
