Is it possible that a Target email went to your spam folder?

I had orders canceled because the ship date changed. Apparently they send you an email when this happens and you're supposed to confirm that you're ok with the new ship date.

If you don't then they actually CANCEL YOUR ORDER. Which is incredibly dumb.

Urg. Yes and no.
Yes they sent the email (didn't go to spam) but it said that if there was no button for me to click to manually cancel myself, then there would be no further action needed. Well, there was no button. And then they cancelled the first set of 3 PO's I had on the list.

Online chat was useless, they said "checking order status" and then the chat closed and said "live chat is not available at this time." Damn.

So I called, the guy apologized for what he could see was their error and reassured me that everything else would push through as normal.

And then this. What a freakin' waste of time and money. They really need to get their shit together.

 

I just had an online chat w/ support and it looks like the Trailbreaker (or any of the Earthrise for preorder) is not eligible for the 25% off coupon. I was referred to the Target Circle specialist for further support.

 

I mean it's pretty clearly not considering the preorder figures don't show the discount, while everything else in stock does.

 

Got my shockwave yesterday. Impressed for my first and only studio series. Shockwave is my fav character since G1

I'm wondering if this was the "glitch" that led to the multiple holds and subsequent cancelation of my Feb. order, since it was all preorders and all under a Bogo-50 promo. Hm...

 

I'm not sure how this will affect shipping out of China proper, but the HK Post has suspended air shipments to a number of countries.
Not exactly a deal, but something to be aware of if you're ordering from overseas, as some HK sellers are postponing or cancelling orders.

Additionally, USPS, UPS, and Fedex have suspended delivery time guarantees. (DHL just added days and a surcharge.)
Just some things to keep in mind, because I know a lot of us get our plastic crack from other countries.

Amazon, too, is expecting delays shipping "nonessential goods."
I have an Amazon Prime figure order that is not expected to be delivered for another 3 weeks.

 

Wow. I am in desperate need of bras and ordered some last night from prime. Hope I don't need to wait 3 weeks.

Plus, i have some preorders on taobao for next month. They were to be released this month but was delayed a month. The seller said he's confident they will be shipped this month. I don't think it goes through HK though.

 

I ordered a figure with Prime yesterday and specifically selected no rush shipping and they still shipped it today with an ETA of Monday. Amazon baffles me sometimes.

 

Me too. I jumped on the SS Shockwave deal the other day and it still showed up in the usual 1-2 days.

 

Man, almost the exact thing happened to me: ordered a Siege figure yesterday, selected Free Shipping, was told it would arrive April 5-8, got a shipping notice after midnight today, it'll be here Monday. Very surprised.

(For comparison's sake, a couple picture frames I ordered for my preemie son's birth documents took the expected 10 day turnaround time. I sincerely hope the Amazon stockers and shippers are receiving the excellent compensation they deserve throughout this pandemic)

 

It could be that someone near you a) ordered something essential or b) has reached the limit and they have to ship it NOW. Either way they decided because of that to ship out everything in that area.
